Very nice deli, had a great turkey sandwich on 7-grain bread. Ingredients are locally sourced; being from Connecticut, I recognized the Holcomb Farm name; other products were locally grown/produced in neighboring Massachusetts towns. Mis-matched tables and chairs; decorated with collectibles. The waitstaff was friendly and accommodating. Easy parking, handicapped accessible. Right next to a walking/biking trail. Yesterday was my first visit. I'll go again!

Great place to stop for a snack just off the trail, ample bicycle parking. Sandwiches and pastries are the best. They allow you to fill up on water if needed.

We love this place! I have been living in Southwick for about a year and we just discovered this cafe about two months ago. We just bought a house in Westfield close to the bike trail with the excitement that we can now ride our bike to Red Riding Hood's! We absolutely love their homemade white bread and I enjoy that they give you watermelon on the side of the breakfast sandwich. The prices are a bit high for the small portions you get but thats what happens with locally sourced foods. Still love it and cant wait to ride our bike there!

Went because of the high rating. Coffee was not that great. I ordered a caramel macchiato, which had zero caramel flavor or sweetness. The espresso itself wasn't bad, I guess, but that's all I got... With some foam. Wife ordered some type of tea, which was ok. I guess the biggest kicker was the staff was super flustered and somewhat short with there fellow coworkers, and it really wasn't that busy. Too bad, cause we are always hunting for the local places.

They have some of the best coffee in MA! Smart, friendly service can handle gluten-allergies and understand cross contamination. The interior punch tin panels are warm and unexpected. The library of books makes for a truly welcoming experience.

Quaint cafe that feels like sprouted up out of your grandmas house. Good coffee, loved my pastrami sando.

My favorite local place to get coffee! Great food, staff, and atmosphere too

Best coffee in the Springfield area. Baked goods are always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this place. WiFi and comfortable seating indoors and out. Right on bike path and the lake.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Moe Shea. She is very professional and attentive to the needs of her clients, and Red Riding Hood's Basket Cafe is a direct reflection of that!
I can't recommend Moe and Red Riding Hood's Basket Cafe enough!
Thanks again for being so easy to work with, Moe!

Lovely little cafe near the bike trail; delicious food and great service! Really cool interior, lots of fine wood; would definitely recommend if you're traveling through, as I'm sure locals know all about it
