Pastries are solid.
Service is inconsistent.
When it gets busy some of the staff gets wicked snappy.
I get it and try to be extra kind and patient when it's busy because I know some people are jerks to cafe staff. However, I do think that there should be some training on how not to take that out upon the next guest.
When they get busy, they often mess up orders. Most recent visit I ordered a chai latte 3 Vietnamese coffee. I was given 4 vietnamese coffee. I didn't realize it until I'd left and tasted all of the drinks trying to find the chai. Wasn't worth going back after the counter person was so cranky anyway.
It's always worth going back but for the best experience definitely try not to be there at peak times when the wheels start to fall off.

I was so impressed with this busy bakery and the range of wonderful sweet pastries and pizza. The coffee was delicious and the chocolate eclair was the most decadent I've ever had in my entire life. A friendly place where the owner takes great pride in the quality of product. There is a parking lot too.

They made some Birthday Cakes for my family. Delicious!

You can feel the deliciousness the minute you walk through the door. Spotlessly clean and sparkling. We went for a key lime pie fix that was fabulous, paired with an iced coffee. SSooo tasty on both counts. My # Constant Companion doubled down with a Boston Creme Donut. Dunkin' can't hold a candle to the taste and quality that is offered here at COFFEE TIME on Bridge St. Neck in Salem.

The best bakery on the northshore hands down. Everything they make is the best of that thing around.

Upon my first visit, I must first say that everything was delicious! My reasoning for only 4 stars, though, is because I saw how hard your employees were working to help the endless line of customers, while dealing with not enough room to do all the necessary work behind the counter (constantly having to squeeze and twirl around the other employees in order to serve the customer properly, and in a timely manner). After I was expertly served and finishing up at the register, I was surprised to learn that I couldn't tip them for their effort.
Unless these people are all making 25$+ per hour, they should be allowed to receive tips at the customer's discretion.
I hope the next time I stop in, that I see a tip jar at every register, or I will just go somewhere else with no lines.

All the pastries were baked onsite. Donuts and coffee was great!
