Hot Chocolate Sparrow

Stopped here at the start of my birthday weekend with family.
1st timer, the hot chocolate was great along with the staff.
Looking forward to stopping here again.

i loved this place!! i got a cold brew coffee and an almond croissant and it was sooo good. i went back after and ordered another almond croissant to take home HAHA. i live in ma but it’s still like an hour and a half away from me and i really wish i could go get another almond croissant rn 😩😩

Best coffee spot on Cape! Love their homemade chocolates and desserts. Their frozen hot chocolate is a must to try! Great menu selection and friendly staff. Very clean inside and out.

I am on keto, I was told they have a very large menu and that everything they have is great. So I went in and just asked for a shot of espresso with some heavy cream (I did ask first if they had heavy cream, it took me a few minutes to get a straight answer because I had to explain it for a while, his English wasn't that great).. with one pump of sugar-free vanilla syrup. And I explained nicely I'm sorry I doubt you have a specific name for that drink, but that's what I do when I go into Starbucks, and they smile and make exactly what I want. The people here were ridiculous, after 5 minutes of trying to explain what I want even though it was super simple he told me you have to order something from the menu. I just found that ridiculous he was rude about it he wasn't Even attempting to be friendly and explain that possibly it's a house rule, even though that would be ridiculous, But at least he would have shown he was trying to be agreeable with a customer. At one point he pointed over to the creamers that were on the self-serve station even after I had explained to him what heavy cream was, and one of the other employees told him yes we do have it. I just found it ridiculous and he was very straight-faced and certainly not interested in customers satisfaction. I can't rate the food / drinks, because I never made it that far I walked out very frustrated.

Come often for bulk Jimmie’s. Cups seem way smaller today and the covers are terrible. Spilling before I even got to my car. 4 stars because the Jimmies are great. But, come on.

A mega sweet spot - lots of refreshing and delish drinks and all of the chocolates and sweets that you could ever need! Salt water taffy, chocolates, baked goods and savoury food too. We loved it.

Excellent sandwich, coffee and ice cream. Right on the Cape Cod Rail Trail cycle path and thus a good stop for cyclists

If you're bicycling along the rail trail, this is an excellent place to stop. Great ice cream, sandwiches, coffee, and sandwiches. It's a must visit shop when I'm in the area.

It's a counter service restaurant with ample tables. It can get quite busy in the summer. There's lots of parking in the lot. There are a few tables outside, though perhaps not as many as one would like on a nice day. The bathrooms are always clean.

Service is always efficient and friendly. I've never had a bad experience there.

Great coffee shop with good ( though not particularly original) breakfast sandwiches. The chocolate and almond croissants are fantastic. The also have fun fancy chocolates at a very reasonable prices

A long time local favorite, The Chocolate Sparrow has a great selection of coffees and teas, has a slew of great baked dessert options, offers hard and soft ice cream in a bunch of flavors, and has a whole section devoted to chocolate covered nuts and fruit and truffles and such. The menu does also offer healthy salads and smoothies but if you're making the trip come for one of their tasty dessert offerings.
