Absolutely love this vibe this place gives. Food is excellent, kettle corn is amazing, friendly staff. I am never disappointed when I come here.

Great location- fun atmosphere, friendly and wonderful staff who helped me out my first time here. Tasty coffee, with lots of options incl. Brews with flavored beans, hot and iced teas, frozen drinks, smoothies, etc. Also offer nitro cold brew! Plenty of dairy free milk options, also a fair amount of gluten free & plant-based options (mostly cookies, bars, and snacks). One thing I'd love to see is an option for gluten free bread OR the option to order the tasty sandwiches over mixed greens. That way those of us who are Celiac or Paleo, or avoiding gluten could partake! Thanks lalajava can't wait to come back!

Love this place, stop by and get yourself a cup of coffee, and order a bag of ground Smooth as Silk. Keep for yourself or give as a gift. Friends will not be disappointed by your gift. Love this place.

I was falsly accused of taking a presumed regular's drink by the manager. I was a couple customers ahead of the regular (who had just finished ordering) and was already waiting for my drink. The barista said my name and the drink name so obviously I took my coffee. After taking a couple sips, I looked up and noticed that the manager was trying to grab my attention. I was confused and thought maybe she was trying to get someone else's attention around me. After a few seconds, the manager rudely demanded that I come up to the register to prove that my drink was actually my drink and not the regular's. Stunned and taken aback, I told her that the cup had my name on it. She tried playing it off as if it was no big deal. I cannot believe how I was treated. She prioritized a regular over a could-be regular on false pretense, and that is outrageous.

Asked for light on ice and was surprised to find the price of an my usual ice coffee was $4.23. The cashier said she charged me for no ice even though the cup was still more than half full. When I pointed that out she called another girl to fix the price. When I checked bank statement later, I found that the price was never corrected, they only told me they fixed it. I decided to go to lala java over starbucks that morning to stay local. I have frequented lala java since it was a small shop on rt.9 in shrewsbury. Coffee is getting pricier, yet more watered down with a ridiculous amount of ice. Cups are so flimsy they buckle. The staff (besides owner and her daughters) really don't give you the time of day. With a few new coffee shops opening in the area, I have no idea why you would choose lala java.

Wierd coffee shop 😒. You don't know you're in a middle of a Caribbean island instead of a quality coffee barista.
Lots of items for buying (t-shirts, cookies, flavors) but don't serve in coffee mug and coffee is just without any aroma. And take forever for serving..
If you're looking for a great cup of coffee plenty of aroma and taste please go somewhere else

Bulletproof coffee in Shrewsbury..
Been coming here for years.. today asked to Bullet coffee and even though they dont sell it, the sweet Barista asked what it was and blended some butter with coffee and topped off with more coffee. AMAZING coffee and great service. Def recommended !!

I always leave with more than I planned on buying. They have a great drink and grilled cheese selection, as well as fun shirts, snacks and other things.

Lalajava was lala-grreat! I had Almond milk Chai and cinnamon scone because it was morning. They have some cool health boosting items that they sell retail like golden milk and aroma therapy sprays. They have sandwiches and salads and on and on lots of stuff. Great place, coffee shop plus.
