Stopped by for breakfast. Everything about it was fantastic. Great food and service. Will definitely be back. Thoroughly recommend, well worth a visit.

Ate here for the first time recently. The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend eating here. You will love it.

Yikes. The wait was very long even though the restaurant was practically empty. The waiter was rude, short-tempered, and defensive. The food was bottom of the barrel. It was the worst fried chicken I've ever had and everything tasted like it was frozen, not fresh at all. If the long wait was the only issue, I would not have written this review as I know many restaurants are understaffed. It was the impolite waiter and awful food that prompted me to write this.

Breakfast was actually terrible...we left after no one wanted to eat their meals and grabbed delicious avocado toast and smoothies at Days Market right down the street. We won't be back

My father and I had a couple of amazing meals at Top Mast during our stay in the Cape! Our dinner was incredible! I had the pesto scallops over capellini, and my dad enjoyed the shrimp & grits. Perfection!!! This morning, we returned for a lovely breakfast of eggs, bacon, strawberry pancakes & coffee. A nice morning on the deck for our morning meal. ✨🌅✨

I liked their outdoor patio seating around the water fountain which has fishes in it and flower plants around.
We have been there when they had a power cut during Labor Day weekend and their service was slower than usual. We ordered breakfast containing Lobster roll, scrambled eggs, toasted Bagel with butter and home fries. I really did not like the taste of the roll but the rest of the food was okay. The server did not allow me to make a second order and straight away handed us the cheque. Which was a little disappointing as I was still in second thoughts with the roll.
Overall, the three stars is for ambience but not so good food or service.
Just an advice, if you are really hungry and want to eat something filling or nice please do yourself a favor to go to PTown or Wellfleet for food.

Went to this restaurant for breakfast 2 days in a row. Everything was great from the moment we arrived. Even though the restaurant was crowded ,we got waited on quickly and our food arrived promptly. The waitstaff were very friendly and gave us great service. The restaurant has a great variety of choices, and the food was fresh, cooked just the way we wanted it, and delicious. All at a reasonable price. That's why we had to go back the next day too.

We were greeted by the owner who was very very friendly. Immediately seated and waited upon. My coffee cup was never empty as the wait staff was so attentive to constantly fill it up! The food was wonderful, came quickly, and everyone was so friendly! The restaurant is very very clean. I would absolutely recommend coming here for a good, friendly, yummy breakfast experience. A+++

Delightful !!!! I am staying at a hotel where they said you get a discount here & great food. Well they were right. We drove here plenty of parking and soooooo affordable and Dee lish !
Two muffins blueberry and an orange muffin GRILLED. Jazz was our server along with Sarah and they never let my coffee cup go 1/2 empty.
I got the steak and eggs and expected show leather and got a steak I could cut with a butter knife. It was awesome and worchishire sauce and I was living real cape steak and eggs. Almost 1/3 less than most cape places and we sat next to the biggest koi pond / FEEDING tank I have ever enjoyed . New favorite eatery

This is my first time writing a review on an establishment and unfortunately it is not a positive one. I am giving a one star strictly on the customer service aspect of this restaurant. I did not have a chance to try their food due to the exceptionally long wait that we had to endure.
First I'll list the positive qualities if this cafe before I dive a bit deeper.
- great location/layout
-lovely presentation of the drinks, specificity of their hot water/tea. It was simple but also unique.
Now I'll list the negative qualities
-the long wait for only breakfast items/poor customer service: I completely understand that we came on a holiday, father's day to be exact, so we were more than aware that it will be busier than usual and it will take awhile to receive our food. However what did not make sense was that one) we were not the only table who were waiting a long time for our food orders/ there were multiple, and two) there were quite a few open tables around so the restaurant was not completely packed when we arrived/stayed. And three) NO ONE came to check on us if we needed anything or to apologize for the long wait.
Had anyone, and I mean ANYONE came to our table and simply said "I'm sorry for the wait, we are trying the best that we can with the given situation. Is there anything I can do for you?" Then we would have been more than understanding and we would have stayed. However we had to flag down a waiter, asked if the status of our food order can be checked, and were basically told. "There are a long line of tickets, your food will be ready when it's ready." It would have been nice to be checked on at least once.
After waiting over an hour, we both decided to leave and to only pay for our drinks. When we arrived to the front to notify them of our decision, we were told to wait again and that just now they are making our food. Again to specify, As we were approaching the front desk and after telling the waiter we were leaving, we were told that the kitchen just started making our food. Our food was NEVER delivered as we were leaving.
I completely understand that due to C-19 things are very different and its a learning curve for everyone. However, I am just very disappointed regarding the customer service aspect of this cafe.
