Chocolate Cafe

The cappuccino was good, but the wait was ridiculous! Why are you closed 3 days every week during the summer?

This is a fun place, but I won't be back. I have been to the chocolate cafe during covid before and know that they are asking all customers to ring a bell so they can be sanitized before entering the store, which is great. Today, when the owner came to the door but I hadn't yet run the bell to enter, she condescendingly asked if I had read their sign, then scolded me telling me that it's the only way she would know I am there. I had read the sign, I just expected a human being might say something to me if they see me in person. I guess not. When I got inside the store, she proceeded to unprofessionally complain about how no one reads the sign outside. I get that it's a difficult time to run a store, but have some respect for your customers and stop being so rude.

Great breakfast sandwiches! We got an iced coffee and iced chai as well, both delicious. The COVID safety measures are very thorough, good distancing and sanitizing practices.

Great coffee, fresh scones and muffins, big selection of fudge and chocolates. nice staff, a very enjoyable place. Nice 50's decor with a working B&W tv from the 50's.
Well Worth a stop

Coffee was very good.
Barista "sniffed" my coffee not once; but twice... First right at the little sippy hole, then took the cover off to directly sniff the coffee... To determine which drink was which. (I'd not even asked..) So that grossed me out.
Gifty items seem to lean toward the snarky/sarcastic.... no gluten free options for snacks/baked good.

My family and I have been going here for years - even before they moved to their current location. Great coffee, terrific service. It's a favorite spot of ours.

Fun decor, delicious chocolate candies, great variety of coffee drinks. A few smoothies offered. Hit the spot after a warm bike ride!

Funky and fun, and the staff were wonderful. They even went out of their way to help us out when we cleverly locked ourselves out of our car. We will definitely be back!
