Great place! Beautiful views, friendly staff.. apple cider whoopie pies are the best, not too sweet and the filling has the perfect flavor with a nice hint of cream cheese.. cold brew is excellent also!! Will return again and again!

Nice place but very "tourist oriented ". As a local, it is fun to sit there and listen to the excitement of people that aren't familiar with fall foliage and the nice hot cider is awesome on a chilly autumn day.

Check out this amazing treasure on the mountain top. A perfect location to end up after a random drive through the countryside!!!
Super friendly staff, my favorite coffee I've had in ages was here, and delectable treats were available as well.
Take the time to visit and relax at this serene mountain top cafe and gift shop. You just might catch an artist singing or playing guitar for the patrons.

Taking a scenic drive through the area and stopped for coffee and chatted with the proud new owners. Great coffee, unique new place with lots of personal elbow grease to make this place what it is. Nice view, pleasant and clean place that is trying it's hardest to please travelers.

A breath of fresh air in every possible way-the view is breathtaking and the store has more than a few of my favorite things: great coffee, treats, beer, and so many uniquely perfect products from home decor, clothing, and gifts. Most importantly, the way we were treated by the owner is a trait I’m noticing less and less. She had a way of making us feel like the most important customers and it became evident that she has a natural way of making connections with all who cross her path.

Amazing gift shop just about a mile up the hill from the hair pin turn at North Adams. Lea is the funniest and ultimate business owner. I’d come back here just to chat with her and THE VIEWS of the mountains from Vermont, New York and Massachusetts, But I would also get whoopee pies, coffee and all the goodies. My souvenir from America’s Switzerland is a pair of Bernie Sanders’ mittens. Leah says Bernie is her spokesperson. LOL

Best breakfast sandwich and coffee in the area. Leah is crushing it. 10/10 recommend coming for a visit. We’re coming back every chance we get. The view isn’t too shabby either :)

Excellent views and the whoopee pies were amazing. I couldn't decide between the chocolate and the maple so I got both!

What can you say about a place so perfect...what words if any will do it any justice?
Such is the conundrum I face trying to write a review for the Wigwam Western Summit a place that’s not a destination, but rather a place that feels like home.
This magical place quiets the soul enough to find your pulse between the swaying of the trees in the cool mountain air. Life is simple here, relaxed, and for a moment time stands still.
It’s easy to see why some many artists call North Adams home. Never has a place awakened the soul quiet like here.
The only want you have here is the desire for more time. Lea and Wayne have undertaken the Herculean task of restoring the retreat to its glory days, and it shows with every little detail they have put into it. The hand carved shutters on the cabins, the outdoors showers that make you feel like you are part of nature, the tasteful decorations within the cabins, the cabin service that provides you with a quick lite fire after a day of explorations. No details have been left out, and both Lea and Wayne truly go out of their way to make you feel welcome at their home.
The coffee is simply amazing, the tasteful treats and whoppie pies are crafted with the same passion as everything put into the resort.
After spending the weekend there I feel refreshed, reset and encouraged that their are still places like this, and people like Lea, and Wayne.
I wish the Wigwam continued you success and I will be coming back over and over again!
This place is worth every penny, and no stay in North Adams is complete without a few nights here!

Delicious breakfast or lunch sandwiches and beverages (awesome coffee) with a spectacular view! Local/indie gifts, treats, housewares and apparel. A great place to stop, just above the hairpin turn on Rt. 2.
