Tandem Bagel Company

Their bagels are great. I love their classic which is bagel with cream cheese, sliced lox, tomato, red onion, and capers. The only thing that really annoys me is they don't cut the bagel in half unless you specifically ask for it and even then you sometimes get it not cut. The other thing that's a little annoying is their default must be toasting the bagels because there have been times when I forget to ask them to not toast it, it comes out toasted. I find when I call in my order and then go through the drive-thru, my order is wrong more often than not. They're happy to fix it but it's a little annoying because I might as well have gone into the store in the first place.

Best bagel spot in Hadley, bar none. It gets busy in the mornings, but thankfully there's a drive-thru.

I haven't been to the other Tandem sites during covid, but Hadley is doing a fantastic job social distancing. Indoors they have spaced everything out really well, the floor is well marked for social distancing and there is hand sanitizer available. I eat outside, where again tables are well spaced. Staff respects space and wear their masks correctly. And in the short time I was there a staff person came out to sanitize the tables and chairs. Plus the food is of course delicious. Try the spicy breakfast sandwich on a harvest grain bagel, so good!

The best bagels around and they have great cream cheese that they pile on. They also make breakfast sandwiches, and salads and lunch sandwiches. In pre-pandemic days, it was a great place to linger with coffee. In warm weather, they have outdoor seating.

Always a great experience here. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Coffee is some of the best around. I try to make it here once a week.
They were also very quick to replace my order on the one occasion where a mistake was made. Highly recommend

Terrific bagels and very friendly and fun staff. Enjoyable environment as well.

Tandem bagels is my equivalent to, say, Einstein's bagels. Tandem is a cut above Breuggers, also, in that their bagels are fresher and made locally. The ownership and staff are capable of making all the same bagel sandwiches you would expect from a high-production bagel shop. There's a twist, though. Tandem is local and fresh and clean, and at the completion of your order, you know you got the best product for your money, knowing also that your money stays local and isn't siphoned through a chain to some CEO out if state.
When I get a dozen bagels from Tandem, at least one bagel never makes it home, they are so tasty!!!
I couldn't say that about the other bagel shops.
My bagel sandwich choices are always meticulously made to order.
And I always walk away happy.
I am grateful with the speed, accuracy, and efficiency, as well as generosity and care that the staff at Tandem give to their customers.
Great place to grab food to go, pre-order, or stop in to sit socially distanced. Tandem's signage and floor markings make getting their bagels and foods easy, and feel both safe and healthy. I continue to have an excellent experience at their Hadley branch. I give Tandem five stars for being an awesome successful local business!!! A+++

Really good bagels. Got an egg/avocado sandwich which was great. Also brought home mixed bagels for family. Big hit. Best bagels around. This coming from a family grown up on NY bagels!

Great bagels and cream cheese, service at times disorganized and slow, other times super fast and efficient....nice outdoor dining option

Clean, friendly staff, food is to die for. I love the classic lox, and my husband enjoyed his sandwich. Will be back. Wish I could live here.
