Excellent place to grab and breakfast sandwich and coffee. Lots of parking on site. There are lots of seats inside and there are some outdoor seats as well. The outdoor seats are in the shade. Food was delicious.

Love this place so much I could eat the everything bagel with chive cream cheese everyday! Prices are good and all the food I’ve tried has been amazing. The only bad thing I would say is anytime on Saturday or Sunday prepare to wait a LOOOONNGGG time I went on a Saturday after me and a friend ordered online we got there when it texted us that our order was ready 40 minutes later however order was not ready and they said they were out of one of the bagels so we switched and waited another 40 minutes and the staff was very rude about the whole ordeal and was not helpful at all

Worst service ever. I waited 30 minutes for my smoothie, and when I asked where my smoothie is, they looked me dead in the eyes and said “we already made it” with an awful attitude. Not only were they not made, but we waited another 15 minutes. The bagels were extremely salty, and bland. Overall, do NOT waste your money. I do not reccomend this place, brueggers is definitely a much better option.

Hands down, best bagels and cream cheese! My only complaint is I wish they were open later then 2pm. :(

Tandem has 15-20 different types of fresh, soft bagels and I’ve yet to have one I don’t like. Their iced coffee is delicious and the salt bagels are my favorite. It’s clean and feels safe; they do a great job dealing with the COVID restrictions.

Aggressively mediocre... like nice cafeteria food. I want to like this place because the people are nice and it's really cute inside but the food leaves something to be desired. The sandwiches are not made, just put together, and it doesn't feel cohesive. I also really do not like egg patties - they should make that clear on the menu. Cream cheese is thin yet glopped on the bagels by the bucket. And the foccacia sandwich was literally like 4 inches thick. Tasted good but just too much.

Areas for improvement - actually make the sandwiches warm like on a panini press or something so the ingredients get to know each other and use fried eggs or make that option available. Just my thoughts but hopefully they will be taken into account :)

The food is good, but it is very difficult to leave a reasonable tip. The only buttons that are available are 5, 10, and 15%. I would like to tip more than 15%, but it is very discouraging when it is difficult to select a greater percentage. Going through the custom amount screen is much more difficult.

Love the food but the wait is almost always ridiculous. You’ll wait a good 45 minutes on a Busy day and your food will be cold in a room with at least 50 people. The drive through is about just as lengthy and the cashier will spend more time on his phone than taking orders or helping. The manager will be rude and not understanding. If it’s not busy it’s amazing 10/10 recommend but the service, not so much.

Ordered ahead because we thought it would be more convenient but then had to wait 20 extra minutes in their poorly designed pick up window line and then the order was wrong so we had to go in anyway and wait in another line. The food wasn’t even that good either, who puts blue cheese dressing on a breakfast sandwich and not just the real cheese?

Best bagels around! Worth the 30 minute drive! Greenfield is a bagel desert!
