They forgot my bacon this last time, but it was a Saturday. I just went back in and asked politely and they accommodated my request!

Can’t complain. Busy busy busy location. Expect to wait 5-15 minutes to order and another 10 to get your order if your are there on the weekend.

A must stop if you’re visiting and a staple for the locals! Bagels, sandwiches, coffee, drinks, and enough space for a good old game of cribbage with friends (I haven’t played in forever but there are a group of people that play there!!).

Outdoor seating allows for beautiful mornings.

I've been going to the Tandem in Northhampton for years. This was my first time going to the Hadley one and the bagels are great. Tried the Vanilla cream cheese for the first time and I highly recommend!

Huge kudos to the management of this place because it is seriously a production - phone orders, drive through, in person orders, and online ordering. I always order online and it’s always ready when I get there after about 15 minutes even at the busiest times. Staff are always nice and helpful and the coffee/espresso drinks are really good. Bagels are great, not 10/10 but definitely the best you can get around here, and they have a lot of different varieties

Very busy here but the food was delicious. Couldn't try any lattes because the machine was down but the cold brew was great!

We stopped here for breakfast. Best homemade bagel I've had. They also have a gluten free bagel. Cream cheese and chive was amazing! Great staff and clean place - decor is nice. I highly recommend eating here.

I tried Tandem in Hadley for the first time last week. As a self acclaimed bagel aficionado (untoasted Everything with cream cheese is the only thing I ever get at a bagel shop), my bagel-meter was set on high. First bite, I was on the bagel mobile, transported to Portland ME or even Montreal QC! So crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and LOADED with tasty cream cheese! It was about a 10-15 minute wait for my bagel (Sunday 11am, of course). They deserve way more than 5 stars, you should try it because it is freaking delightful!
