Absolutely disgusting coffee, the coffee was watery and didn't even taste like coffee, tasted like water WITH coffee. Service was okay. Wouldn't recommend.

Very good single origin pour over. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I grind and pour over at home and was able to compare notes with the barista. Blue Bottle also sells the best freshly roasted whole beans.

It was an excellent experience. The coffee was great and delicious. I love the place because it is peaceful and the interior design adds calmness to the place. Brilliant personality person.

AVOID THIS PLACE...the customer service is rude beyond belief. They act as if they are doing YOU a favour by making you coffee that you have over-paid for....in the first place. The cost is fine if you are treated with respect...but, I was treated as if I were gum on the bottom of their shoe.

My go to coffee spot. The sweet latte is great. Well balanced with great flavor. Ordering through their app is easy and convenient when you're on the go!

ALL SHOW and mediocre customer service. Hardly worth the money. The shop is beautiful and clean and very covid safe with all the plexiglass. But there is a staff member who is beyond covid paranoid. She made it a point rudely for me to lift my mask higher on my nose

Their breve latte doesn't need any additional flavor or sweetening. A very flavorful cup of coffee!

A big disappointment. Last weekend we went there to try it out. The staff were rude and all customers waiting indoor makes social distancing impossible. The coffee wasn’t that impressive either. A total rip-off.

Why are the bathrooms closed? When the main menu item is a liquid diuretic and the bathroom is closed, it shows one of two things: laziness (don't want to clean the bathroom) or pure disdain for the customer. Covid would probably be the excuse, except its a single serve bathroom. The staff were entirely rude about the situation and suggested I go to another store to use the restroom. So I wonder, is it laziness or disdain?
