Blue Bottle Coffee

On their doors in big bold print it says their hours (7 am - 6 pm Mon-Thursday). However, they seem to adhere to whatever hours they feel like working. The coffee is good but very expensive and the servings are small. It’s even more expensive when you consider you spend $5 in gas to get there and they decide to close hours early while you drove for nothing.

Very pricey coffee- very good quality. But I paid $5.50 for a dry almond croissant with less than a 32nd of a teaspoon of almond. If there’s another coffee place within walking distance I’d go there next time

The latte was very good. A bit colder than my ordinal preference but very good.
We didn't get to check their croissant because the oven was not working and we didn't want to have cold croissant.

This Blue Bottle location offers better than average coffee at the expense of quality of service. I'm not confident that the Chestnut Hill location will last longer than three years: service will be its downfall. I'm disappointed that the seating area is closed, as the new decor is spectacular.

$5.50+tax for a 12 oz iced coffee. They don’t have medium sized. That price point is pretty insane, no?

I visited this coffee shop for the first time this morning. The baristas are clearly putting out positive energy, because it permeated the space. Every single interaction that I witnessed was kind. Also, my latte is delicious. Will return.

It ain’t cheap, and it usually ain’t fast. But it’s some of the best coffee you’ll find from a chain. Order ahead via the app if you’re in a hurry. This location doesn’t have waffles, but try one if you ever end up at a location that does.
