The capuccinos are smaller and more expensive than Starbucks, but I like this place bc of the ample seating and bright lights. Not really a fan of their pastries, though, a bit on the drier side.

Whenever I am in the Chestnut area, I like to stop by Blue Bottle. I like to pick up a few cans of their cold coffee as well as get a drink. The staff has always been attentive and friendly. The products are always good

The sweet latte is amazing. It was the perfect amount of sweet with a strong coffee taste. It is really expensive though, so I do not have it often. I personally found this location to be better than ones in the back bay area.

Decent spot to do work. The music can be quiter. The coffee/tea are good but food is ok.

If you expect almost 15 minutes to get two iced drinks, this is the right location for you. Not only the barista who took my order forgot one of my drinks, the other barista was on his phone while making drinks. The store was relatively slow that it shouldn't have taken nearly 15 minutes. I worked at the coffee shop for few years and never understood this sort of behavior.

Great coffee - horrible environment - awful music, loud ventilation reflecting off hard surfaces - I pity the staff who have to work here!

Thrilled to have a blue bottle in the Newton area. The coffee is high quality and the staff have always been respectful and helpful. Keep in mind they make all coffee to order, so it may not be the best place to go if you are in a rush. That said, if you care about quality it is definitely worth it (plus you can order ahead with the app!). Don't know what all of the other reviews are going on about with poor service. Maybe if you are rude to the staff they will be rude back - but can you blame them??

Cappuccino sucks no froth also this location doesn’t have waffles

I hope the coffee is spectacular because the $5.25 + tax croissant was mediocre at best for that price range. I guess it’s not for everyone and exclusivity has a price. Won’t be back as I have far better options: Tatte and Flour. No brainer.

Most expensive late i have ever had, but it absolutely was fantastic. The pastries are also more expensive that at most cafes around, but they are damn good. Cool vibe. The team is very kind and friendly.
