This was surprisingly fun. The service was fantastic, lots of smiles and warm conversation. A lot of really neat people sitting around, having fun, and enjoying the atmosphere. We did have some snack time and that was great too. Would definitely stop and again in the future.

Great coffee and staff and a good selection of pastries and sandwiches. Their rustic environment and friendly staff make a neighborhood hot spot. I love coming and hanging out. I can spend time alone writing and meeting friends. Highly recommend it as a place to meet people and spend time.

The coffee was decent. Better than a Starbucks for the same cost. Atmosphere is nice. If you want to relax and read a book, this probably is a bit too crowded. Overall a very positive experience.

Most definitely superior to Starbucks, less crowded, better coffee, better environment, & larger selection of coffee brewing devices. However, the coffee isn't quite there yet to earn it a 5 star review- it's pretty good however still could smooth out a bit and therefore has room for improvement.

Peet's coffee is my favorite. The baristas are polite and knowledgeable. No wait, what more do I need?

I really love Peet's. Their mocha java is my favorite. And their staff is so friendly and helpful, to a person (I'm a regular of the Harvard square. store). One star off because their app is pretty bad, but that won't prevent me from highly recommending either their people or their coffee

If you are looking for having a awesome book reading time with yourself. I highly recommend you come here. The shop is filled with this aromatic coffee flavour which I found therapeutic. Ordered a blueberry corn muffin along with dark roast Gaia organic coffee ;)

Great spot overlooking the green. Funky decor, sustainable coffee plus my wife left her sweaty running bag here and the staff, bless them, had to pick it up and keep it behind the counter until she came to pick it up. And it was a warm day.

I applied for a position at Peet's Coffee website. The day after it, I got an email from this store. They asked me to schedule a time to talk. I waited for their phone call. Unfortunately, they didn't call me. Then, they reschedule a time with me. Unfortunately, they still didn't call me. I sent an email to them and asked to reschedule a time to talk again. I got a phone call from them but they required me to do an in-person interview. I went to the store, and they said since we scheduled time too late, we are no longer to do an interview. I'm so disappointed. It not just wasted my time, it also broke the promise.

This is by far the best coffee place in the area. If you like ice coffee, their's is the best. The staff are incredibly friendly and there are seats outside to sit and watch the people in the park. It is right near Harvard and Harvard square and is worth the wait if there is one, which there hardly ever is.
