Loved the vibe of this place. Great for studying, with free wifi, although not a lot of open outlets. I got the shakshokeh, which was so good! Service was actually alright; definitely a little slow, but it was easy to flag down the waiters.

The food I got was delicious, but the service and overall experience was less great. I got a turtle latte and falafel sandwich, the latte was a bit sweet but I was anticipating that, and the falafel sandwich wasn't a sandwich, more like a pita or something. However, I thought this place was more of a coffeehouse deal but it was sit-down, which caught me off guard. The service I recieved wasn't particularly warm or friendly, but it seemed she was manning the whole floor. I was a bit lost in terms of what to do, where to order, sit, etc.

Really good food. Coffee is decent. Quite a lively and interesting place. Tables are close together so you’ll probably overhear some interesting conversations. Attentive staff. Atmosphere can be quite noisy at times. Good place to go on a date, or to study, or socialize with friends.

Really love the decor of the place. Highly recommend both the Turkish and Arabic coffee. As for the food, their hummus is amazing. The rice in their rice plates leans a little too salty, but the protein options are all pretty solid. Service can drag a little though (especially if you're seated downstairs).

This has been my goto place in Boston/Cambridge since 2010 (13+ years ago). Unpretentious hidden gem where you can sit down, eat, do work, get gooood coffee and probably the best fresh orange juice you will ever get anywhere else. Try their "fool", "kefta belseneia" or warm "shakshuka." You will be pleasantly surprised by the quality and tasteful bites.

Wasn't sure what to expect, since I'm unfamiliar with Palestinian food. I enjoyed my thick, Arab coffee & (oversize) lamb sausage sandwich. Features a cool, enclosed dining area porch above somewhat lively street.

Andala is a great little cafe/restaurant! A lot of great menu items all at a reasonable price make this place a hidden gem. The sandwiches were very big and filled with flavour. The hummus dip to go a long with it was also great. You must try this place out if you are in the area!

This place has ridiculous, dysfunctional service. Every single time you walk in, there’s either no hostess to seat you, or they’re too busy to seat you promptly, or you get seated and then wait for ages for anyone to acknowledge you or take your order. I just got up and left after being seated and then forgotten about while the wait staff attended to a queue of four people getting coffee drinks to go. The food is fine, but please hire and provide competent service.

Lovely coffee shop in Central Square. Make sure to grab a seat in their sunroom, it's really lovely there, especially when the weather's nice. Enjoyed drinking the Turkish coffee and eating an omelette. Will definitely be going back!

TLDR; their falafel is better than my Baba’s homemade (unbelievable) ✨ I’ve tried some…interesting “takes” on falafel around the US, but it’s always my Baba’s falafel that tastes the best. All that changed mere minutes ago as I bit into Andala’s delicious falafel sandwich and immediately texted my Baba that sorry, but I’d just tasted the best falafel in my life. Do yourself a favour and try some DELISH, AUTHENTIC Palestinian food. Plus, their iced coffee is amazing. Wow. 10000/10 would recommend
