Some of the best espresso I've ever had! Ristrettos aren't usually my thing but I fell in love here!!! Love their space even though it's tiny & you have to stand, but it's beautiful & the staff was really nice.

On the recommendation of a friend and with time to kill near South Station, I visited this standing room only coffee shop. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Coffee and tea selection were impressive. Preparation was careful and timely. On my first visit, the other customers seemed quite knowledgeable and engaged with the staff. I would say the prices were high and would be a special occasion for me. The other customers seem to be regulars, so prices were not too much for them.

Adorable little shop, with the best cappuccino I had the entire time I was in Boston. The staff was very friendly as well.

I love gracenote. The coffee is awesome, and I swing through a few times a month.

I stopped in a few weeks ago, and was very impressed with the service. The man that ordered after me asked about the difference between the various drinks on the menu. The employee helping him very cheerfully explained the difference between a cappuccino, a latte, and a flat white.

There are other coffee places that would have not had the patience to explain, or would have been condescending when answering, but there was no sign of that at Gracenote.

The impeccable, friendly service and the excellent coffee will keep me coming back.

They are serious about coffee, and about getting your drink right. No seats, more like an Italian-style espresso bar. If I have questions about beans, coffee, or espresso, I ask them here.

Pastries are very good, but the coffee is the highlight. If you want to make your coffee now y than just a caffeine delivery vehicle, this is the place to go.

Best coffee I had while in New England. Cold brew is delicious and smooth! Good enough to drink black, even for the coffee shy. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the shop itself is unique. Definitely would recommend stopping by if you're in Boston!

The place is tiny, but they put out high-quality coffee!

Don’t recommend this place - coffee was good, but the place is absolutely charmless. Staff pretty lame as others have noted. No warmth. You can get the same or better coffee elsewhere and have a pleasant experience.

Absolutely love this coffee shop! I've been there twice now and want to go again any time I travel to Boston. The coffee is outstanding and the service is great too! It's a small place, only a couple seats, but well worth the money and a great all-around experience! Highly recommend! ! One of the best coffee shops I've ever been to!

The baristas were extremely helpful! I'm not from the area so I asked a lot of questions about the coffee and was answered patiently. The coffee was good. I hope to come back and try something new from the menu.
