Bump 'n Grind Coffee

Super disappointed to come here for the first time to find that they had run out of all of their non-dairy milks :(

I like the atmosphere the local vibe and music influences but have had bad experiences 2/3 of the times I’ve been. The first my coffee was tossed after I hadn’t answered it wasn’t busy and I was distracted by a vomiting infant. They really could’ve asked if any of the two parties that were there had ordered it. The second bad experience was this morning when my pour over was left mostly unattended for the 20 minutes they took to brew. I plan on still returning from in hopes that these were isolated flukes. I would recommend they place there pour overs on the main counter rather than off to the side to ensure they have it in sight and in mind.

Closed during posted open hours according to their website and Google maps. Walked over in the cold to try this out for no reason.

This is for the library location. A really nice atmosphere to get work done and good coffee.

Good atmosphere. Coffee is smooth, not as bitter as a popular national chain that I frequent. They have a few good selections if you're hungry - with vegan and gluten free options. You can sit outside on the patio of the weather is nice. Only downside is that you have to look for parking, and may likely have to pay, though it's not nearly as expensive as it is to park in D.C.

Love this place. My favorite espresso drinks in Silver Spring, great cold brew, and fantastic pour over options. They have really good local food options, too. Love the Buzz burrito! The staff here is really great too. Always friendly and genuine.

Really enjoyed the premise of this coffee shop-- with love music being played. In spite of the 1990s exterior of the building, Bump n Grind has enough soul to share and clearly makes the area a community! Nice work, local business owner! You are showing us all how to make the world ba better place.

Great place in DTSS for a coffee, if there is a better coffee in the area I haven't found it...yet. Flat whites, caffe latte and double espresso all solid. Plenty of space inside for distancing and outdoor seating when the weather is nice. Love the music and vibes also.

Best coffee shop in Silver Spring. Great staff, local flavor, local beer, tasty small bites and desserts. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. They even have events including live music. Definitely worth checking out. Try their cold pressed coffee.

This did not seem like a good locally owned cafe. It did not have good seating and was loud. I would look elsewhere
