Peet's Coffee and Tea

I tried to order the beverage that is displayed all over the shop but the lady at the front immediately said “no” haha - also I was served an alternative drink in a coke cup… super strange

Very dirty working conditions. Sausage and egg sandwich was on a stale bagel and missing the egg. Heated up to the point most of the cheese melted out the edge. Coffee was good, but the mixing container for the cold brew fog looked like it was never cleaned.

I watched them rebrew used grounds for their drip coffee.

Get the espresso instead.

Terrible experience all around. The lady at the register was extremely rude, I asked if I could add more espresso to my iced latte and she said "oh well that's going to fill up the entire cup" I was confused because espresso should not be that high a volume so I questioned her. That's when she got extremely rude, I was wearing my Starbucks mask because that is where I work and the lady saw it so she tried to argue with me over how espresso should be, then she tried to tell me how much espresso Starbucks puts in, like I didn't know, and she was completely wrong. I finally said the normal amount is fine I don't want to argue with you about espresso but she still tried to keep arguing with me. She then tried to tell me how superior Peet's was to Starbucks because their espresso is bigger and that's why people go to Peet's instead. In the end I paid around $3 more than I would have for the same drink at Starbucks and it is also the nastiest latte I have ever had. Needless to say I will not be getting coffee there ever again.

Coffee tastes burnt, the service is slow and expensive, and they messed up my order.

I ordered their version of a Starbucks Frapacino with an extra shot of espresso. It looked good but was very weak. I watched her bake it abs she put iced coiffed in the drink instead of espresso. Although their drink was ok, it did not have espresso in it and it tasted very weak. It was also an awfully small drink for $7.00.

This lady is rude as ever. First, she called me a guy, I corrected her, then she got an attitude with me. This is all after waiting 10 mins for my coffee because she completely disregarded my ticket. She even had the audacity to tell how to order in the future. I have a better idea, I'll just go elsewhere.

Counter blocked off and two employees cleaning up. I asked why they were closed before 4 pm and she said if I wanted coffee I could get it across the way at the snack bar. Unbelievable. Peet’s should yank this franchise immediately.

Perfect oat milk cappuccinos! Quick and straight forward service

Terribly weak coffee. definitely not following the Peets formula. They are skimping on coffee grounds to save money. It’s pretty close to gas station coffee.
