Cannon Coffee

Cannon is my favorite local coffee shop! Great coffee selection. Great rotations of special drinks. Waffles are amazing!

I have visited Cannon Coffee several times, and every time, they offer consistently amazing coffee, food, and service. My favorite things to get there are a vanilla latte and one of their waffles! I absolutely love that they have a dedicated space for little children to play and still maintain a cool, clean, and relaxed vibe for students. This was a much needed addition to Hagerstown, and is a town staple for years to come!

As soon as you walk into Cannon Coffee, you feel like you are right at home with friends and family. The drinks are fabulous, and the food will keep you coming back for more. The avocado toast is my favorite anywhere, and I love the rotation of waffle flavors.

Super friendly employees! Nice outdoor seating patio; clean and fresh decor inside. The avocado toast is great with goat cheese and nuts. I typically get plain cappuccinos but tried the honey graham latte (with oat milk) and it was pleasantly not too sweet. Yum! A true gem for Hagerstown!

If you were to ask me for coffee recommendations, this is probably the first place I would send you in the Hagerstown area. They source beans that are locally roasted and make their own syrups from scratch - not to mention their food is fantastic (especially the waffles and smoothie bowls). Also worth mentioning— much of their food menu is gluten-free and they can make just about everything on their espresso menu in decaf and/or with non-dairy milks. This makes Cannon a fantastic option if you’re looking for a local spot that can accommodate different dietary restrictions / preferences. If you’re a coffee lover and haven’t been here yet, I’d strongly recommend giving Cannon a shot!

If you have celiac disease or gluten intolerance you have to try their waffles. They are so good!! Totally gluten free cooking area as well. Even if you don’t follow a gluten free diet you need to try the waffles. They are delicious. Most can’t even tell the difference.They have lots of dairy free options as well. The owners and staff are wonderful. ❤️

Cannon is exactly what downtown Hagerstown needed. Shots of espresso with a shot of class!
Great atmosphere, location, and products. Try the avocado toast or a berry bowl. The waffles are gluten free without losing any flavor. The customer service is unmatched and I always feel better with a cup of their coffee as I exit.

Gorgeous shop, sweet staff, super family friendly with delicious drinks and food. Everything you want in a coffee shop. My favorites are the London Fog latte and their on-tap kombucha. The avocado toast hits the spot any time of day. The staff go out of their way to remember your name and order! I love working here to get out of the house. Everyone is really nice and they have a super cute play space for the little ones.

I ordered a vanilla ice coffee, it wasn’t great tasted like unsweetened tea with creamer in it. But they don’t sell unsweetened iced tea to my knowledge. So I went back and got a hot chocolate instead which was pretty good. Food selection was limited which was disappointing. The atmosphere was pretty nice. The staff was friendly they were just busy; service took a minute. For being in downtown Hagerstown it was pretty nice I guess in the end it just wasn’t the place for me as far as food and drink go.

What a cute coffee shop that also cares about the environment. It's really adorable inside or grab a coffee and walk the local cultural trail. There's a nice breakfast menu including smoothie bowls. I'll definitely be going back!
