Lotus Moon Cafe

Nice little spot to eat! They have sandwiches, soup, and some sides. The crab imperial Mac and cheese was delicious with big lumps of crab meat. I had the dark moon sandwich and it was very good!

Just had Lotus Moon Cafe for the second time today and everything from the sandwich/wrap to the soup was spectacular again! Super fresh and healthy! Can’t say enough about this place. So glad to have them here in charming Williamsport!

Food is FRESH! Very welcoming and accommodating to everyone. Food is homemade and YUMMY. My favorite is the Moon Star Panini on homemade cheese bread🤩

Happened upon this place while looking for a cafe in Hagerstown. Almost missed it, as it is along a section of street that is currently getting a face-lift! Entered in to discover that they just opened earlier this month and are still in the process of finishing the main dining room. They did have some seating available but it was like-spring weather so we opted to take it to go. The employees were so friendly and helpful and the service was quick. We really enjoyed the food! I got the Gibbous sandwich with coleslaw and my beau got the turkey noodle soup special with the ham and swiss. The Gibbous was an excellent and unique take on roast beef with the fresh onion and banana peppers, plus their special mayo. Quite delicious! I'm excited to see them grow.
The interior is looking great, so I'm excited to see the dining room when it opens. Lovely place!! Highly recommend. Little side note, they are waiting on their payment processor so they are gonna be cash only for another week or so, I guess early March they will begin to take credit cards.

Absolutely amazing! Impeccable service and food! Kendra is amazing at her craft! We their broccoli soup of the day along with sandwiches that were perfect in portion and size. Fresh products and even local! Will definitely be back! Mallory was amazing as well. She was our waitress and has an incredible presence about her.

Cute, intimate place with courteous and friendly staff. Service was thoughtful and prompt. Crab mac and cheese was to die for! Dark Moon sandwich (roast beef) was tender and delicious. Worth going out of your eat for.

While in the search for booking a location for my graduation party my mom thought Lotus Moon would be a great place. I went there when I was in the area and was greeted by a girl named Mallory. She was initially interested in showing me everything and told me I could bring in ANY food and drinks I would like. I asked about parking and that’s when she became very snobby and rude. She was saying it wasn’t her fault and she didn’t care that the parking was an issue when I was just asking. When I call back 3 weeks later I asked to book I set the date and then all of right then I needed to use their food. They gave me no other ideas of what they could provide other than wraps???? Lol. Then I asked to be emailed a menu and bill and it never came. I got an email today from the owner calling me by the completely wrong name asking me to call her. I reached out and she cancelled my event and referred me to other company’s not to reschedule my date.
In total this is a completely unprofessional company and their owner/management doesn’t care about your event and will most likely cancel before it. They don’t care to learn their consumers name and reach out in a professional manner. Can’t even send a menu or itemized bill of service. If you want no parking for your guests and to have only wraps at your party this is the place for you. If not I suggest you stay clear because you can find a WAY BETTER location and a better business to give your money too. It’s 2023 and we don’t spend money on companies that don’t treat their customers right. They give a bad name to small businesses.

Wonderful new find! Great service and wonderful food! I had the crab imperial Mac and cheese! Portion was large enough for two but sooo good I didn’t want to share! I know it’s kind of out of the way but so worth it!

The Lotus Moon is tucked away in Williamsport’s newly renovated downtown. It was an amazing experience. The food was incredible and the staff was extremely friendly. An overall wonderful meal and I highly recommend!

As happy as I am that there's new food in the area, and I stress that I will be back to try their sandwiches, I was truly underwhelmed by the cream of crab soup. As much as crab meat costs, substituting other crab for what Maryland knows as cream of crab is what one needs to do to keep costs reasonable. The addition of spices would have gone a long way to add flavor.
