Nice cozy independently owned cafe. Good place for a coffee date.
$4 for a small caramel latte, which I enjoyed. $5 for a bacon egg & cheese bagel, which tasted average. I will most likely get something different the next time I visit. I recommend checking it out!

We come here whenever we’re in town. Great shaded outdoor seating with umbrellas, excellent coffee (you can do typical stuff or try their Ethiopian coffee all great), and great simple food (we love the veggie breakfast sandwich and their tuna sandwich).
We’ve come here to socialize or work on our laptops. WiFi is decent.

I have been coming here almost daily as a mini-getaway since I started working nearby about four years ago. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, calm, and refreshing, for starters. The food and drinks, especially their numerous types of coffee and lunch options, are also excellent, as they are carefully crafted daily and the coffee especially will give you much-needed energy to beat a midday slump (My new favorite is their Americano coffee, but there's much more to try!). Finally, I appreciate and thank God for the kind, welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. They are passionate about their work and the results of said commitment are evident indeed!

So lucky to have Sidamo in Maple Lawn! The coffee goes without saying - roasting their own Ethiopian beans, but I don’t know if people realize how good the food is. The tuna salad and chicken salad sandwiches are to die for!

Wow, really good coffee and surprisingly good food. The perfect place to meet a friend for coffee.

Lovely little independently owned coffee/tea place. Owner clearly knows her stuff, and has a great variety of loose leaf teas and blends of coffees, which you can also buy for making at home as well. Speedy prep and great recommendations for the indecisive, too! It's nestled behind the music school if you're approaching from the parking lot, so don't let yourself miss this place! I know I'll be back before long❤

We love coming to this coffee house! The ladies that work here are so sweet and we always feel so welcomed. The coffee is delicious and my daughter LOVES her "princess" tea, which they have special tea just for kids called fruity fruity. I enjoy their breakfast selections as well and my daughter always gets the blueberry muffin. She eats every last crumb left on her plate. My children also enjoy their free book exchange. I highly recommend visiting this coffee house, their vanilla lattes are fantastic!

I love this place. The owner is so sweet. The ambiance is wonderful. Today I had their chai tea while. a dear friend and I caught up on how things are going in each other's lives. 🍵 It was great seeing a young family having breakfast together. It just made it so special to see them there connecting and sharing a meal. I love the amount of natural light that comes in. Great place to grab a quick bite to eat, enjoy coffee or tea read a book, catch up on some work. I highly recommend checking it out. If you haven't gone in a while, go again for the first time!!!! 😉

The delicious coffee and the warm service are the best reasons to go to Sidamo. Of course, their sandwiches are very good, as are their desserts. They're open for take out these crazy days, and I'm so glad for this connection to normal life. And the fantastic coffee. And lovely people.

I have been to Sidamo more than a dozen times. The staff is pleasant and there is usually available space to have a conversation, with 10 tables indoors, a few comfy chairs for reading, and about 4-5 outdoor tables and chairs. It’s challenging to have a private conversation because of the busyness and the close quarters, though it is possible if you sit outdoors and the weather is nice. They have an excellent selection of teas, with great pastries and good coffee drinks. It’s a nice local spot, and attracts a mix of people—business professionals, moms, knitting people, church staff and members from the church across the street, and more. It’s a good place to work if you don’t mind the occasional run in with a friend, and a great place to meet a friend.
