Great ice cream with seasonal choices. Small is very small so get a double scoop!

Our go to spot for a quick breakfast when passing through Frostburg. Good coffee, good desserts. Their menu is fairly extensive, with both breakfast and lunch options as well as daily specials. Great patio if the weather is good!

Stopped in Frostburg for a layover after taking the scenic railroad up from Cumberland, needed to eat, came across this place, good food and coffee, for sure, lady taking order could have been more pleasant though.

Great place to sit on a laptop. The food is okay. Espresso drinks were not up to par, though. I don't think twice about buying a $5 coffee drink, but it ought to be good quality and prepared by well trained staff.

This place was a delightful shop with a cozy vibe in a small town, the perfect place to grab a coffee on a morning walk. Well established selection and variety of treats/snacks. Quaint atmosphere/decor...really neat wooden front door like a small castle or something

Delicious coffee and breakfast sandwhiches made by locals. Quick friendly service. 😊 Operating as to-go only right now, but definitely a must stop by when we drive through Frostburg again.

Nice coffeeshop with decent food. I had a coffee and a mozzarella and tomato panini.

Mountain City Coffeehouse & Creamery is one of my favorite locations in Frostburg. It's a perfect place to grab a hot coffee on a cold winter day. If you're not busy, you might discover that you need more than just coffee!
The vegetarian specials they provide are a wonderful change of pace from the usual eats around town. I tried the kale grilled cheese with potato and leek soup, and let me tell you, not only was it the best grilled cheese I've had in recent memory, its also the best way to eat kale in recent memory! Seriously, I am not a kale eater, but it really added some flavor to the sammie! I owe you an apology, kale!
The baked goods available are also great for a quick bite. I'm scone-crazy now, and unfortunately there's no known cure... except for more scones.
The staff is very courteous, welcoming, and friendly! They might know more about me than my coworkers at aldi do. Yes, I work for aldi. You can find out more about me from the various reviews I leave! I'll try to write more! And the interior atmosphere here (the coffee shop, not aldi) is cozy and warm (unlike aldi, which is dark and cold).
Sconeage aside, this really is a great place. Whether you're a coffee-drinker, scone-demolisher, or vegetarian-searcher trapped in a gauntlet of meat, Mountain City Coffeehouse & Creamery has you covered. Pop in and see what's happening!

Great spot right at the edge of downtown, at the top of the switchbacks that take you up from the GAP. Friendly owner. Worth the steep hil up if you need some coffee or a snack.

You can find light and healthy meals, teas and coffees here at a reasonable price. It is not a restaurant but a casual, Coffee House type of environment. A good place to relax and enjoy a quick bite.
