Mountain City Coffeehouse & Creamery

A great place to stop for coffee and a yummy snack. Service was awesome & followed by a smile. The food and drinks are reasonably priced. Did I mention icecream! It was great, thank you.

My favorite local coffee shop! Food is so good and staff is really nice. We love the roasted veggie panini and house made soups. They always have fresh baked goodies on the counter and atmosphere is rustic. It’s a small place but they deliver big on flavor and good vibes. Go check it out!

I got white chocolate mocha and the taste was amazing. The coffee building looks historic. They have tables and chairs.

I love this cosy coffeehouse in the city of Frostburg. Such beautiful space inside with a nice small fireplace. Staff are friendly and they have good coffee. First coffeehouse that I actually tried in Frostburg and because of them i was able to find an apartment when i moved to Frostburg. Music is not loud so its just perfect if you want to read or do some work on your computer. Only thing I say they can do is serving coffee in actual cups instead of paper cups when you are staying in but in general I recommend this place.

Good pretzel sandwich, tasty iced latte, staff very friendly and speedy.

Came up for the Homecoming weekend to meet friends and our first stop of the morning was Mountain City Coffeehouse. Great breakfast sandwiches, coffee cake and coffee! Kids also enjoyed their pastries and sandwiches. Will definitely be back again!

Mountain City is a great little spot in Frostburg to go on a slow Saturday morning. Their coffee is way better than any chain shop. Pair that with the coffee cake and you have a winner. Their breakfast sandwiches are not worth the price as their very small and not filling.

We stopped here with another couple while biking the GAP trail. I am normally positive in my reviews but the food was overpriced and the staff were rude. My wife ( my business bookkeeper) was confused about the total amount and asked them about it - they were not interested in helping her figure out why the total was higher than she thought. Well, then our food never arrived. When my wife asked about it, one of the employees came over and said that since we questioned the amount, the ticket got dropped and so they found it on the floor - so our food was delayed. I responded (in sarcasm) "I understand - It was totally our fault!"
She seemed to be happy with my response. (not detecting the total sarcasm) I give two stars (rather than one) because it was raining and we got out of the rain! The only positive part of our experience (Oh - they seem to overly friendly to the locals!)
