Ibiza Cafe

Extremely friendly staff, very reasonable prices, best coffee in Frederick, owners are super sweet and working side by side with staff, amazing quality of teas. I come here 2-4 times a week for a quiet and sanitary place to study.

I’ve been to Ibiza Cafe several times and the owners and staff never disappoint! They’re always kind, courteous, and willing to answer any questions that you might have. The teas are all delicious! I’m so glad that this beautiful cafe is part of our community.

Extremely watery iced coffee extra charge for oat milk and when I told them I didn’t enjoy the americano I asked to trade for a regular cup of coffee they said they don’t do that. A $6 cup of coffee I didn’t even get to enjoy.

The food is very good and service friendly but the wait time is impressive every time. 35 minutes for a croissant and Cappuccino is too much.

Friendly staff and very welcoming. Bubble tea was good and coffee was decent. There’s a bazaar located right behind the coffee shop as well on weekends so it’s nice to come grab coffee after.

I thought the coffee scene in Frederick was lacking, but it turns out I was drinking at all the wrong spots. If you're after delicious 3rd wave coffee, please spend some time at Ibiza.

The people here are wonderful, and the work that goes into each freshly brewed cup is tasted in every sip you take.

My favorite place for coffee in Frederick. I love the ambience, staff, and the coffee. Service can be a bit slow when busy (e.g. Sunday mornings) but if you have the time, it’s worth the wait.

OMG. Found my newest and bestest coffee shop. Great atmosphere and wonderfully prepared in a few minutes, the best tasting coffee selection in town. No bitterness as some other places have with their coffee and this is probably due to the care in preparation of each cup. Get lemon slices for newest twist in health ( coffee and lemon ) and they win the grand prize.

Friendly service with delicious coffee and croissant sandwich (warmed up on the Panini press). We tried their cold brew and a cup of the Ethiopia. Will definitely be back to try other things on the menu.
