Ibiza Cafe

Coffee is great and the space is warm and welcoming. This is the coffee shop Frederick needed. I used to go to Starbucks because I like the physical space. Not anymore!

The man behind the counter was very rude. I waited 15 minutes for a coffee, and when I saw him making a different drink than the one I ordered, he frustratedly said “Well what am I supposed to do with this?!” And quickly became standoffish before encouraging me to go somewhere else, so I left without trying anything.

Edit: I see that the owner responded below, but I never asked for drip coffee. I was treated very poorly, and I feel like the owner continuing the argument here is not helpful for either of us.

This atmosphere is bright and classy. Uniquely designed with quality accents. This menu is as light as needed, while offering variety of food if hungry. I enjoyed the four season tea. I can see this being a frequently visited café on the North side.

I love this Café. It was my first time going and I will definitely be back. It was clean, quaint, and beautiful. The menu was cohesive, the food, tea and coffe was good quality. Located right in downtown Frederick, but off of Market Street on 4th Street where there was plenty of parking. I couldn't of asked for anything more. I highly recommend this hidden gem as opposed to the commercialized places such as Starbucks. It has a really nice vibe. Fair warning, the entrance is on the side of the establishment not on facing 4th street. That is a private residence attached to the building.

Wonderful place with delicious single origin coffee and tea. Tied for the best work atmosphere in Frederick if you have some work you need to get done. The service is always excellent and the staff are warm and friendly.

Charming cafe with lots of great options for a variety of taste buds. Has 4 -5 tables outside that wrap around the back of the cafe. It's a great option if you are trying not to sit inside restaurants/coffee shops during covid. The BB&B (black bean and brown rice) caffeine free tea was really nice - mellow with a bit of natural sweetness. I'm looking forward to trying more!

I discovered this location recently and really enjoy it. It is always clean, the coffee/espresso is absolutely fantastic, staff is friendly and helpful, and their sandwiches are really great! Definitely recommend this place

I went for their opening day today and was very impressed with the cafe. The workers were very nice, I had a sandwich which was very nice, they toast it on a Panini press which was very nice. To drink I had the bubble tea, it was my first time trying it and it was so good. I will definitely be coming back.

Such a hidden gem. The coffee is made to order with great precision and you get to select the origin. Their mochas and lattes are marvelous, too. The waffles for breakfast are stellar. Go. Enjoy. And feel confident in their covid19 safety measures. We do!!
