Ibiza Cafe

Ibiza is my favorite place to eat in Downtown Frederick. The atmosphere is very laid back and calm. Slightly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Market Street. The food is always fresh, extremely affordable, and picture perfect. I love their diverse and innovative menu! There’s always something interesting to try.

On top of all of this, the owners are two of the nicest shop owners I’ve ever met. They’re very passionate at what they do and so down to earth. Please try Ibiza, you won’t regret it!

My favorite coffee shop in downtown Frederick. Their coffee and tea will not disappoint you. Also the sandwiches are super tasty. I love to try different drink and food every time when I visit. The owners are one of the most kind and generous people I met. I always like to come here and sit for an hour or two to enjoy my time.

A cozy cafe, lots of fun drinks and a few different rooms/seating options.

They have a full espresso bar, with some creative drinks and rotating seasonal specials. Our drinks were all tasty and prepared with care.

It felt to me like a cozy little home. There were a few rooms inside with a variety of table sizes. Around the back are a few outdoor tables too.

It's a little off the main drag (Market St) so a little quieter. We liked that!

Nice cozy cafe. I had the best Cafe Au Lait that I have had in a very long time. The buckwheat flavor pop was well received in their Belgian waffle. I highly recommend it. The music and atmosphere is everything you want from a cozy cafe. Great colors and textures around the dining area. I will be back!

I cannot recommend Ibiza enough. It is my go-to cafe when meeting friends or family, and they serve the best coffee and tea in Frederick. The atmosphere inside is incredible - there are seating options for small and big groups, it is always clean, and the decor is beautiful. The food is delicious and very high quality, I love their breakfast croissant sandwich!

The hospitality and service provided is top-tier. I’m so grateful that this locally owned mom-and-pop operation opened. Will continue to frequent Ibiza often!

After experiencing high inflation, IBIZA cafe was one of the few cafes in Frederick that I discovered offering delicious food at very affordable prices. The owner, Steven, and his wife, May, are both very friendly and willing to sit down and chat with you, as well as show concern for your well-being. I strongly recommend that anyone living in Frederick visit this cafe. Personally, I always order their waffles and apple strudel – they are a must-try! If possible, I would give them more than 5 stars!!

Best coffee in town! Perfectly balanced coffee cake and for the boba tea lovers- passion twins boba tea!! I fell in love! Staff is very friendly and the ambience is relaxing and inviting! Definitely coming back!

Ibiza Cafe is cool place to have a quite and chill time. I had two Flat Whites with Oatmilk and was surprised by the direct taste of the bean.

A 4-person group got cappuccino, mocha, and bubble teas. This was one of the best mochas I've had in my life, both in decoration and composition. Each person loved their drinks. Neat decor, too.

Been back a few times for bubble tea and a brunch sandwich, and the staff is particularly helpful and friendly.

The single origin tea is brewed via siphoning. Each cup is individually brewed. Delicious coffee and cute spot. The cold brewed is made on premises.
