This place is good, customer service is better however. Had an issue with an order and BCH reached out promptly and righted everything, very impressed!

Absolutely the best coffee shop I've ever been to. Coffee selection is great. Sandwiches and food great. Staff is super. Very friendly. Try the dill tuna on pretzel bun with bacon havarti cheese and a bit if red onion.

The coffee was good, not a big selection (2 decaf, 2 regular and a couple of flavored). They have a big selection of beans and a bunch of miscellaneous coffee related items. The breakfast sandwiches were just OK. The smoked salmon wasn't particularly fresh. Better than Starbucks.

Great place to eat. Coffee is excellent (better than Starbucks) love their sandwiches. Don't go too Starbucks anymore.

Went here every morning for over a month while on a job nearby. Stellar service and fast no matter what you order. Everything prepared on-site, no pre-packaged foods. Very friendly, positive attitude always. Longtime employees.

I give it a 3 for the taste of their drip coffee and a 5 for everything else. Staff is nice. Great place during the day to sit and read or work. Decent WIFI connection too. Coffee is bitter tasting to me. I tried it a couple times. Not impressed. I hate to say this but I prefer Starbucks drip coffee over theirs. I'll try a bag of coffee next and see if it taste fresh.

I came for the Asiago bagels I saw on their online menu, but they no longer have those. So I settled for a bacon cheese croissant, no egg, and it was disappointing for the $4 they charged.

My rating is for black coffee only at their Frederick and Hanover locations.
I've had 5 different types of coffee in 4 days and they were all incredibly delicious. I never understood the term "musky" used to describe coffee until I had their Black Raven Blend and Indian Monsoon Malabar.

STOP -- and go get coffee and a ham/cheese sandwich here. Thank me later.
I was in town for a bit while moving from NYC to Oregon and I was so happy to find this place. The staff is phenomenal and very kind, but the coffee... oh, the coffee. So good that it easily stands it ground against even the best coffee places I've been in NYC. The big difference is the daily rotating choice of coffee, the fact that a redeye has more than one shot of espresso, and -- most importantly -- it's not $7 a cup like NYC.
I've also tried the ham and swiss (which is one of the better ham and swiss sandwiches I've ever had) and the smoothies, and this place seems to do everything right.

Excellent selection of coffee beans, helpful staff, great flavor choices, and reasonable prices.
