Best place to buy coffee beans and teas. 4 random brews on tap daily, or order one you want. Has a more casual feel than Starbucks and less stuffy than the hipster coffee shops. Outdoor seating is nice when the weather is right.

Cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and tons of coffee choices for those that like coffee (I got some iced tea)

Great selection of coffee and overwhelming selections of teas. The staff is friendly, the vibe is less cookie cutter than Starbucks, and less hipster than a boutique coffee shop. The beans you choose can be ground to the particular type of coffee maker you have. They have all kinds of coffee and tea making paraphernalia. Get a free large coffee when you buy a pound of beans!

Great selection of high quality coffee beans. It's the only place we go to get Swiss water decaf coffee. On top of all the high quality, you get a free cup of coffee when you buy a pound of beans!

Extremely impressed. First time here, and we will definitely be back. Ellen did a phenomenal job explaining everything and was very friendly and personable. If you love coffee, treat yourself to this place.

They got me hooked on the Dutch Chocolate flavored coffee and I can’t stop! They are always friendly and helpful when I go to feed the addiction.

Love, love the coffee and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Whenever I am in the area I make it a point to get a cup and at least a half pound or more to go. I can dream one day a location will be opened in Montgomery county area. 🙂

One of the largest selections of coffee I've ever seen. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We have half a dozen coffee shops closer to the house but this place is worth the drive.

The bagels are equivalent to Dunkin Donuts bagels, the food order and pick up are incredibly disorganized and 3 orders were messed up in just my time there today.

I've ordered from them once, a breakfast sandwich, and it was delicious. I liked the atmosphere of the place it came off friendly. Until the other day when I was asked to leave because I hadn't ordered anything. I work at the Jimmy John's across from them, and I always thought it was nice that they let me sit there after getting dropped off for work, as I have no vehicle. I can understand if they were busy and needed the tables, but that wasn't the case. My shift starts at 11. The friend who I'm currently staying with drops me off at work around 8:45, because as a thank you for letting me stay at her home, I try to help get her kids off to school. So I have time to kill in the morning. I don't have any money, I'm saving up to try to get back on my feet. I hopefully will save up enough to get an apartment or room nearby, but the one time I did have enough money to order something, I did. I could have waited in Jimmy John's store for my shift, it wouldn't have been a problem. I just liked the atmosphere better in the Baltimore Coffee and Tea house. I like to draw and listen to music on my phone in the morning to kill the time to wait for my shift. The employees were usually very friendly. And a nice lady came up to my table and told me I had to leave if I was not to order anything. I do carry a bookbag, maybe it looked suspicious? She wasn't rude about it at all, and I understood where she was coming from, but I had been there almost every day for at least 2 weeks. I did leave. But I still wonder why I was asked to leave? I am overweight. I carry a bookbag. I was wearing a flash t-shirt and a Deadpool beanie. Like I said, I would understand if the store was very busy and their has been times I did not go in due to unavailable tables. But that wasn't the case this time. If I had the money I would have ordered.. It was a little embarrassing, but nothing I couldn't have walked off.. I didn't see a sign saying no loitering anywhere. I can only assume that I must have come off as threatening. I do enjoy the place, their breakfast sandwiches are incredible, and the aroma of the coffee is enough to fuel my caffeine fix for the day. I have had co-workers say very good things about their cinnamon roll coffee, as it is to die for. But very friendly atmosphere and staff makes this coffee house give off a friendly vibe. And to the nice lady who asked me politely to leave, thank you for being so polite.
