Great sandwiches and baked goods. Very cute and quaint restaurant.

Delicious breakfast options. 😋 Quaint patio. Beautiful interior. Friendly staff. Great option to follow up with either a stroll thru downtown historic Ellicott City or for a hike. 🙂

This is such a lovely spot. We popped in one afternoon and were pleasantly surprised by the awesome interior. After we ordered our coffees and a sweet treat, the owner cane over to say hello to us. She was very friendly and personable. I went back a second time to meet a friend. Had a great cup of tea. I would highly recommend this Ellicott City gem.

You pay like 8 bucks JUST for a regular sized bagel with a slab of meat and egg.. not worth it. The sandwich was decent but not worth 8 dollars. I give 3 stars because the staff there was very sweet and considerate, dont go on a hot day its only outdoor seating.

Renovated and reopened! Went there this morning and had great coffee with some phenomenal avocado toast! The renovation job the new owners have done is pretty darn remarkable. 2 bathrooms now with all brand new fixtures and surfaces. New coffee making and kitchen equipment. Plenty of seating. The Old Mill Cafe is back and better than ever.

Coffee and muffin is always a good idea here but decided to try the lemonade with a shot of lavender syrup.... Again I was not disappointed! Will be trying it again with some of the other flavors!!

We went in for breakfast for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with the ambience and decor inside. Totally different from what I expected from the outside (don't judge a book by its cover ;)) Food was pretty good too (sandwich and pancakes).. Most importantly, nice coffee! It's another great joint in OEC!

Great place to stop for lunch or coffee. My wife and I walked Marley our mini poodle up New Cut Road to to Hillsbourgh and back then had lunch.

She had the turkey and cheese while I had the BLT, both delicious. We sat on the patio with Marley and enjoyed the sunny day.

We had our Thanksgiving food drive at Old Mill Cafe this past November and can not begin to express our gratitude. Their generosity and hospitality toward us and our friends and clients who came by was absolutely wonderful. They have absolutely delicious food and drinks. We love supporting local businesses!
