Vigilante Coffee College Park

All time favorite, so glad they added this second location. The employees are always attentive and kind. Coffee is amazing of course. I know it's good when I can drink it black. The place itself is often crowded (even though the interior design makes excellent use of space) and parking is difficult, which is more of a testament to its popularity in College Park.

This coffee spot did not open too long ago, and I gotta say, I was REALLY pleased with everything! The menu is simple and I like the unique environment of the place! It is extremely small, so it can be hard to find seating sometimes. But, their hot chocolate was really good, and they even do some drink art on top of your drink! Definitely go for a quality cup of coffee!

This local coffee shop is a great addition to the College Park community. The interior is open, airy, and very conducive for either relaxing or getting work done. It is small, however, so you might not get a seat immediately (especially when classes are in session.) They are pricer than Starbucks, of course, but, as with most local shops, the quality is MUCH better and you get to support local business. I typically order a double espresso and a croissant, both which are delicious.

It's okay. I was a little unimpressed with the fact that they didn't have much during the afternoon or eating wise. Their green tea latte was okay but my main concern was trying to find a parking spot and also get out of the parking lot which they can't help. If you're going to go take the bus or walk and good luck finding parking in College Park

The staff know tons about coffee and the blends are all so great. The music sets a great ambiance which makes Vig a great place to study and chill or go on a date! I think the food could be a little cheaper given they're just snacks but the coffee makes up for it.

Love the Hyattsville location but now the College Park cafe is closer to my office so I'll definitely be a regular there. The new cafe atmosphere is so hip and really reminded me of Intelligentsia on Abbot Kinney in Venice Beach. The coffee is definitely one of the best in the DC region. I actually have had a monthly subscription to Vigilante coffee for years. I really appreciate their attention to providing a high quality coffee roast!

Had a few pleasant experiences before our visit on May 9, 2021. What happened to your vanilla bean ice cream?! Ordered a large but we barely got 3 scoops, and most importantly, the ice cream wasn't what it used to be (tasted like regular vanilla ice cream you can buy from a local grocery store). Will visit Hyattsville location from now on.

Great coffee and delicious small bites to eat! Only con is that they've already outgrown this location. It is always very crowded, so good luck getting seating most of the time.

Perfect second location for the best coffee roaster in the DMV! Every espresso drink and pourover is nailed consistently, the baristas are skilled and friendly, and the shop has a welcoming charm with so much attention to detail (I have on more than one occasion looked up the plants they grow outside). With coffee and service this good, I can't help but to come back every week.

Also, props on the flawless curbside system they've been running during the pandemic!
