Great little place to hangout, have a bite to eat, and drink a warm beverage!! Loved the kouign amann!! They were playing alt-80s tunes so it was even more awesome. One of the few coffee places that is open at 7 am on a Saturday morning in College Park!!

Very cute place with different plants. Love it. Coffee is great too.

Great coffee and acai bowls! My go-to drink is the cold brew. Before covid times, it was one of my favorite places to chat with friends or work for a few hours.

Love the locally roasted coffee. Great place to grab a bite and sit down to work. Limited space and very popular.

I visited Vigilante Coffee for the first time on Saturday and I am overly impressed. I had never tried an acai bowl and the barista suggested I try the Original Bowl. It was AMAZING. The ingredients were so fresh and I was half tempted to order a second when my bowl was empty.
Not only was the acai bowl great, but the latte I ordered—simply, wow. Generally I require some sort of flavored syrup in my lattes, and while that's not an option at Vigilante Coffee, I had to have my morning coffee. My beautiful latte was served at the perfect drinkable temperature, and quite honestly, I think a flavored syrup would have taken away from the incredible quality of the brew. I cannot wait to visit again soon!

Best chai late I ever had. They used macadamia milk and it was simply perfect. The place is nicely decorated and not too loud. It was packed to be a Sunday afternoon. I hope they have plans to expand into Montgomery county.

It's fairly nice. Decor is nice, place was clean. Did have some gripes though - it only had like 4 parking spaces in a cramped space which were all occupied with several more folks trying to play musical chairs, so I had to park elsewhere. Music was blaring loudly, despite most patrons clearly being students there to study. I had an espresso, and it was sour as lemons, indicating that it was under-extracted. I expected more to be honest.

Funky spot for coffee, they dont like taking cash so make sure you have a credit card or debit. Coffee was excellent. I was truly amazed that they had one of these. The music played either apple play or wax I mean real records. Check them out

Food is great especially if you're in a hurry. If you're looking for good quality specialty coffee, it's very hit or miss here. Some days espresso is great with good milk, others it's very over-extracted and watery with sloppy steamed milk.
The second location further south is a better bet for solid espresso based drinks.

An outpost of Vigilante Coffee in Hyattsville, now in College Park! The coffee is top-notch: fantastic espresso, different origins & roasts. Pastries are good too. The kouign-amann is my favorite. Not insignificant in College Park: they have their own tiny (free) parking lot, right on Route 1.
