Vigilante Coffee College Park

Great coffee, nice interior, hip vibe without any of the pretension. Local. Decent baked goods. Doesn't get better than that for a coffee shop.

Great place... I love it

Coffee is good but service can be slow. And the music is extremely loud. I understand wanting an upbeat vibe but the music is really aggressive. Makes it difficult to hear someone next to you or sit down to do work. Would be nice if they controlled this.

Vigilante's second location, is just as good as the original only less busy. Menu options are identical. Located on the edge of UMD, the vibe is more college student study hall than the hipster family/remote worker of the Hyattsville location. Not surprising, laptops and headphones dominate in both locations. Staff are friendly and service is fast. The pastries are top notch and Acai bowls stand out on the menu. Bagels options thankfully stray from typical lox options of many third wave coffee shops. Try the Pro if you're an omnivore or the G.O.A.T if you're a vegetarian (seasoned with old bay for the local, hon). Coffee is locally roasted and the best for miles around. Of course bags whole beans are on offer for the home barista. Loose leaf tea is available as well. Less outdoor seating than in Hyattsville but rarely is the inside without an available table or stool at the bar.

Great atmosphere and a great spot to hop off the bike trail and grab a caffeine boost. I’d like to see a summer time non caffeine iced chocolate style drink too…the “Iced Chocolate” perhaps…or the “Chillin Cocoa”…C’mon this is brilliant!! The PB bowl with a iced mocha fuels me on my long rides past College Park. A hidden gem among the student housing buildings.

The quality of the college park location has decreased but it's still a solid coffee spot.

Great coffee and I like skater-greenhouse vibes. Lots of students. Nice amount of space to sit and study, lots of plugs.

Both the coffee and breads tastes really good!
