Pretty decent experience and the coffee wasn't bad either. I originally wanted a frozen blended latte, but the guy taking the order misheard me and just gave me an iced latte instead. It was more convenient then waiting in the long lines for starbucks/dunkin
Went to order a chai tea latte a little before 5:30 pm. The cashier took my card, charged it, and told me to go to the other side to where you pick up your orders. I'm standing, and about 7 minutes go by, and there's absolutely no one to be found. She charged my card and then went on break. Who does that? The cashier that worked on Saturday, April 22nd who took her break at 5:30pm that's who. I expect a full refund for something I never got.
The lady taking orders about 6:45 am showed the most disgusting and disrespectful behavior that I’ve come in contact with while traveling. Her attitude was nasty and angry: early in the morning. I would encourage anyone seeking food or beverage to patronize any other establishment besides this one at BWI. You’ve been warned.
Barista couldn’t be more UNfriendly. Had one piece earphone in, answered questions with an attitude and couldn’t care less what we wanted. We left in disgust and I heard her drop an F bomb. We travel through Baltimore often and will NEVER stop there again.
Coffee/drinks are good…. The 2 star rating is because this morning I came by at 5:15. The girl at the counter said she’ll be open in about 30 minutes. Checked google, it says 5:30 but okay… I check back at 5:45 since she said 30 minutes although that’s past listed opening. Girl says she’s gonna be another 20 minutes! She did not seem like she was in a rush to get open and didn’t appear to want to be at work this morning. Poor attitude for someone working in the service/hospitality industry.
Great place if you want a side of rude with your order. They were completely out of caffeinated espresso (at 9 Am), and when I was asked for a cup of water was told they don’t have water cups. So, $22 paid for food, but no water. Go elsewhere for better service.
10/30/2022 3:14pm Stopped for lattes w whipped cream! Girl at register was rude and acted like she didn’t even want to take our order! Order came to $11.87! She did not give me the correct change back for a twenty dollar bill. When I asked where the rest of my change was she said she did not have change ! I told her I would give her the the exact amount and she rolled her eyes and had a attitude. After the other employee gave us the lattes we were informed they had no whipped cream. You need to hire new employees. Bad bad experience!!!!!
BLUF: Instead, Go to Starbucks @ Gate B6 PRO: the single Pro is that it is In the airport CON: Attitude Nasty-confused-slow service, expensive, low-quality coffee, un-stocked drink cooler
Visited Mayorga at BWI Airport Terminal. A nice alternative if you're interested in trying Mayan coffee and supporting what appears to be a regional brand. I had a drip coffee that was nice and balanced. A quick check verified they are brewing on nice Fetco brewers. A 5-star is generous for a coffee bar having only tried one drink, but I would go back and give the espresso a try if I get the opportunity and adjust accordingly.

The cashier barely looked up from her phone, didn't say hi, just that they didn't have anything but drip coffee.
I really admire Mayorga and their business model. Shame this outlet is such a disappointment
