We were there at Baltimore Airport. One of the two ladies working their was very rude. There was not another person in line. We stated to the lady that our plane was delayed and they just called us to board. She said it wouldn’t take long. She was starting to make the frozen brews and there was a guy there that they kept flirting with. I did nearly miss my flight. When I ordered it asked for one of them to be a large. Thy made two mediums. I did say that I ordered a large. They lady came to the counter and stated “IT SAYS RIGHT HERE YOU ORDERED A MEDIUM”. Wether or not she believed me she did not take the order. The other girl that seemed to be training did. They new we had a flight waiting but she was talking to some guy that came up and was slow as Christmas I don’t know if this is the kind of service you let the employees conduct, but for me they did not care about the customer. First time trying the coffee and I do not think I will use it ever again much less recommend it to anyone else. Just for further information it was 9/14/2022 @ 3:15pm.

5 kids hangin out behind the counter shooting the hay. Breakfast sandwich only has croissant as an option bc its pre-packaged. If you want the egg & cheese sandwich on their menu, they have to pull out the bacon from the package first. So I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel? RUBBER. Cortada coffee was ok. When I went to pick up my order from the pick up counter, I had the pleasant experience of preparing my coffee around piles of trash from previous customers. Pleasant. Not like there weren't enough kids working there to stay on top of it.

What seems like a simple action to get a cup of coffee turned into a truly confusing and humiliating experience. The woman who made my coffee was perfectly fine, however, the woman who took my order was judgey. I ordered a tea and she looked at me funny, proceeding to tell me that I must make it myself (which I’m happy to do, the way she said it made me feel foolish). She then assumed the way I was paying and made a mean spirited comment as I was waiting for my drink. Made me feel badly. I’ve worked in this industry and this position and it doesn’t matter if you’re having a bad day-at least putting away the mean comments. The staff needs some serious training.

Awful in every way. Unless you are desperate for a nasty Dunkin’ Donuts style cup of coffee…I’d recommend passing. My daughter ordered a toasted bagel. They microwaved and gave her a rubbery bagel that she threw away.
The menu shows awesome pictures of breakfast sandwiches. They look delicious in the picture. I ordered a egg, bacon and cheese sandwich. I received a nasty soggy English muffin with egg white and turkey bacon sandwich.
My latte tasted like auto-drip coffee with milk. I’m pretty sure that’s what they gave me.
My wife ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Her bagel was soggy and there was a thin slice of stamped egg (literally like 1/8” thick “slice” of powdered egg with some American cheese all smashed into a soggy nasty croissant. We all threw our food in the trash and had to buy breakfast somewhere else. Also, the guy at the counter acted like he was so incredibly bored to be there…and the guy warming up the “sandwiches” wasn’t wearing any gloves and was touching the register with his hands.
The two guys working there need coaching. The guy at the register messed up our order because he wasn’t even paying attention to customers. He was constantly being interrupted by the guy behind him who was doing his best Chris Rock impersonation.
Very bad experience.

The girls at the counter were incredibly rude. We went up to the counter to order coffee and she just stared at us like we were bothering her; did not offer to take our order or ask what we would like. I literally had to ask if they were open because she was just staring. I should have turned around and went to Starbucks because the coffee was not great. The girl who appeared to be a shift manager who took our order (she told the other girl to make my coffee, who also looked extremely bothered that she had to actually do her job) had in her airpods, and the other girl was playing on her phone. At least look alert when a customer comes around. I've been in retail management for over a decade, and if those were my employees they would both be on documentation or gone. We both went out of our way with pleasantries and NOTHING was reciprocated, 'thank you's just met with silence and flat stares. Its takes very little effort to be nice. If you can't do it, don't work in customer service.

Grumpy and rude, she needs to find another job not in the service industry Coffee is decent should have kept walking and got coffee somewhere else.

Horribly run business. I’ve encountered rude employees before, but nothing like what I experienced here at 5:30 in the A.M.on 28.Oct, where my happy-to-be-traveling-for-personal-reasons positive attitude was shattered by a young man who couldn’t even muster a reciprocal vocal “Good Morning!”
Young man clearly did not want to be there and demonstrated a clear disdain towards customers—a horrible representative of your company.

I never got waited on. Walked up the girls looked busy (no one there) making their own drinks, asked if they were open reply was just a minute. My friend ordered her coffee and myself and another woman were standing there. They continued to drink their frozen drinks and never came back to us.. worse customer service ever!!! And I live in New York.

Ordered a caramel macchiato. Hands down the best coffee I had here in the US, especially for an airport stop. Barista had even asked if the drink was to my liking and it was perfect! And the coffee was $2.19! No complaints :~)
If I find myself again at BWI, I’ll order their coffee again.

Worst experience ever. I had to wait so much long for the cashier and The guy took 40 minutes to make my coffee. Couldn’t drink my coffee coz I had to rush. That guy was too slow and serving others first who were after me on the line. Had to remind him of my order finally after about 40 minutes. Such an awful experience ever to get a coffee.
