Bitty & Beau's Coffee

Gorgeous location and a truly good cup of coffee. But if you don't know the back story of Bitty & Beau's then you're missing the best part. Awesome service.

Trying to keep it real here. If this was a regular coffee establishment it would not last more than a week in business. I ordered a coffee and a muffin from someone that was obviously challenged. I then waited over 30 minutes for my coffee. The establishment is packed of others waiting for their orders. People were extremely patient due to the fact that this business is attempting to employ "challenged " people, which is admirable and all. But serious help is needed to support their efforts. Once the coffee finally came, it was mediocre at best. Not worth the wait, price and added torture being packed into the small space. One last point, the toilet was not available as they couldn't find the key. Simple not good enough by any standards.

Ok, coffee I know and this was an amazing cup. It also helps that the employees are super friendly and helpful. It's a perfect pick me up and is well worth the try.

It has a great atmosphere nice music its very relaxing, the food tastes amazing thier cake pops, and smoothies. All the employs seem and are very friendly and nice. Good food good drinks good area and decor and all with a good price

A delightful café/coffee house where the old Starbucks used to be. Great staff and atmosphere. Good drinks and even better spot to get some work done on your laptop. Sit by the window for a great view of the docks and passersby.

Such a lovely place! I stopped in today for the first time and was in love. Clean, well decorated, very friendly staff, great food and drink. I love their mission and the work they do helping the community grow and be a better place. Highly recommend stopping in!

Best customer service! The moment I open the door, the way I was welcomed is so touching. The shop is run by people with disabilities. I enjoyed their awesome cappuccino & my wife latte. We both loved it. It really is more than coffee, it’s experience (as stated in their website). Keep up the good work. You are our blessings!

I love this place, their mission and their coffee. Everything about the place has been great. I walked in a little over a week ago and was greeted very sweetly and had no idea what I was in for. My experience was amazing and I was in awe that they were able to make me a chocolate marshmallow flavored cold brew in the middle of winter (thanks jersey girl who I didn't get your name). I have since been back only 4 or 5 times. Worth it. I'd much rather give my money to them and what they do than to starbucks or some other huge chain that's for sure.
