I think his name was Brian, took our order ,great guy , manager assisted briefly, I didn't catch the ladies name that called our coffee was ready, she was great also. What a great concept for helping people with disabilities get life skills, next time in Annapolis it'll be our first stop. Btw coffee was great

We make sure to hit this place when we are in town to support the awesome people with disabilities who work there. This is such a great concept and experience. Oh, and the coffee and merch are also great!

Cause-driven coffee shop on Dock St. in Annapolis! The staff was very friendly, like the friendliest EVER. Service was fast, and my coffee was delicious. Lots of seating, cool decor, lots of merch. The music was on point, too! They also have a really cute wall in the back where you can place a pin in a map to show where you’re from! Love the community here, and the mission of “advocating for the value, inclusion and acceptance of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.” I’ll be back for sure!

Brian, Jamie, and Ashley were all so helpful in providing the perfect morning coffee and a light hearted environment to sit and enjoy each others company. It was the perfect start to my day! I definitely will be back!

I came to Annapolis for cars and coffee Sunday morning. It's been a long time since ive been to a coffee shop. Bitty & beau's coffee was really good. Its was a breath of fresh air. I cant wait till my next visit.

It was a rainy Friday afternoon and we stopped in to grab some beverages. We got smoothies, frappes, hot coffee, and iced coffee, all were delicious! I've been before and sometimes the wait can be a little long, BUT that means nothing when supporting a business with such a wonderful mission! Stop by if you want well-balanced, tasty cafe drinks! Also, grab a cake pop they're delicious! We can't wait to come back again!

Great spot for coffee off Main but it definitely gets crowded.

Ordered a 16 ounce cappuccino got a 12 ounce amount in a 16 ounce cup. When I asked if this was normal one of the staff said the coffee is at the bottom, swirl it around. Lol ok! Last time here. So just as a heads up expect poor service. Go somewhere else if you want what you pay for.

There is no better choice than coming here. A lovely staff, a great atmosphere and a large choice. We are not coffee drinkers and we enjoyed our tea and hot chocolate (oat milk).
