Great experience quality service. My daughter who also has Down’s syndrome had the greatest time and enjoy every minute of. Thank you Max, Kevin and Erica you guys made th best experience 💙💙💙

It gives me no pleasure to leave this review. I came to this place above to other quality coffee shops I saw in Annapolis because it was very highly rated. The boss was wearing a"Radically Inclusive" Tshirt. Two of the employees had Downs. All that is fine. The coffee i ordered was way overpriced, to hot poor quality coffee and milk, over roasted. I ended up throwing out out as undrinkable. If they fix their core product, they will deserve a high rating, otherwise it's all window dressing, virtue signalling lipstick on a pig. Sorry. This honest feedback is my kindness to you.

I was amazed when my family and I came in while touring Annapolis. Great coffee, nice wide selection, very welcoming staff, and much calmer relaxing atmosphere than that of Starbucks! I'm also glad that this coffee shop is designed to help people with disabilities!

The coffee is great but the staff is even more wonderful! I visit this coffee shop every time I come to Annapolis or Eastport.

It feels foolish to write a review for a coffee shop and use words like joy, but it also feels foolish to review Bitty & Beau's without mentioning just how much pure joy the staff and the customers share over a cup of coffee. Please visit. If you bring a little patience and a little understanding you will leave with a healthy cup of joy and a wonderful cup of Joe.

May have been our favorite spot in Annapolis! We loved the drinks and service so much. The cookies and cream and mocha Frappuccino’s were our favorites. I am excited for a Pittsburgh location to open soon!

Really great spot in Annapolis. Coffee was just ok, but service was great and it is a fantastic business to support. We did take beans home and they were good in our machine.

The coffee was nice and smooth, and it tasted good! The employees are friendly.
They have a little display of all the goodies (cake pops, rice krispies, cookies, muffins, etc) in a small display by the register.
There are shirts, hoodies, hats, etc merch in the store and are reasonably priced.

Overall: An okay coffee shop.

Pros: The location. The mission behind the place.

Cons: No whole milk option, lacking in outlets, the wait for my drink was long, and there are fruit flies hanging out with me as I work. I've named the most annoying one Michael. The less annoying, but persistent one is named Dwight. And Jim keeps wanting a sip of my mocha. That darn Jim.
