Absolutely fabulous- so much beauty here!

Finally we can grab an espresso and bite to enjoy while sitting in harbor view park! The park is a hidden gem in Portland, so Smalls picked the right location.

Really cute space! I enjoyed every bit of my experience at Smalls, from the exceptional service, to the tasty food options, to the variety of offerings in the market. Great addition to the neighborhood!

Perfect food, just a touch too expensive for the portion size.

Really good food and drinks but very crowded and not nearly enough seating.

Absolutely appalled by the pricing and lack of local artisanal wares. If I wanted that wholesale bs minimal hipster aesthetic paired with wicked stupid steep Brooklyn pricing, I would have stayed in New York.

Food, bev, service, ambiance - all fantastic.

They don't sell eggo waffles nor oreos
