Always have a wait in Car line. Staff is bubbly and busy. Every time I come here, girls are young, guys are angry and in a hurry to get my order out. I almost didn't have to pay because they were so busy handed me my order said have a great day and I asked if they wanted my payment, girl was so busy minded and was oh yeah I do need that, handed money and drove away. Thank you for dog biscuits for my noisy dogs. The guy must been a manager, he was the only one with not stressed out. Always friendly staff
Just ordered a 32 oz. pumpkin Frojoe. They handed it to me overflowing and dripping. It got all over my top and car seats. After mopping it up with 10 napkins I had in my glove box, not exaggerating, I was able to at least lift it and taste it. So my top is stained ANDof course there was not one drop of pumpkin in it. I will avoid the North Berwick Aroma Joe's at all costs. This is the 4th time this has happened. That's the last chance I'm giving them.
Ordered my daily 32oz Frojoe and it's made wrong AGAIN! This one is nothing but white milk slush with sugar. Absolutely no coffee or coffee flavoring in it. From now on I'll go across the streeet to Dunkins for a frozen coffee instead and save myself $7 a week. Too bad AJs, I was a faithful daily customer but this has been going on too long.
It's Aroma Joe's, it's always good. The food is mediocre, especially since a few years back when their donuts changed completely. But the coffee is great, and that's what you're here for, right? The North Berwick one is a tad slow, and the drive through is a little weirdly placed, but it's not egregious.
This is my go-to place. I work just around the corner from here and I've made this my have to once a week stop. Thank you ladies for all the surprise drinks!!
P.s. if you're not sure what to get ask for an Ajs frozen lemonade and surprise you with the flavorings. Or you could always go with a 24 oz rush and ask for a surprise too!! I ask for anything off the secret menu 🫣🤫They also have so many other options though, and all the ladies are understanding and nice!
The vast assortment of flavors for the Energy Drink "Rush" had impressed me. Although, the employees don't. I got there at the walk up window and waited to take my order. There was not a lot of people there. A car would pull through the drive through every few minutes so it was almost empty. Here's my issue, while the single employee is just sitting there on her phone, I am waiting at the window for 40 minutes being eaten alive by mosquitoes. I had rang the door bell many times and nothing. Definitely would not recommend going to the walk up since they don't listen or pay attention unless you say something out loud. Which shouldn't have to come to that when there is a working doorbell.
I don't usually rate highly for franchise coffee shops, however the baristas at my local store are always friendly and expedient with service. I appreciate the service and The Business acumen.
The product is great but this whole 20 minute process to get a coffee is getting ridiculous. Every time I go I'm sitting in line for roughly 10-15 minutes then finally order which is another 5. The employees are great but having to cover a line around the building and people walking up to the window is a lot for one single person to handle. Is this a scheduling problem or lack of staff problem? Kinda makes me want to go to DD but their coffee sucks😒
I recently had an issue with an order and sent a Facebook message. Within 1 hour the owner personally called me and totally exceeded any expectation that I had. I was extremely impressed and appreciated his quick follow up and resolution.
