I love going here to see my grand-daughter Haley. Her smile & extra care in creating my drinks or coffee bring happiness to my day!!

I came here when I was having a really really rough day, Kayla helped me and discussed different flavors of syrups with me for 5-10 minutes making sure I had the right one (sorry!) and it was PERFECT. When I was craving more sugar after, I went back (sorry, rough day) she gave me a small cup of the syrup! My day was MADE and I drove off happy crying. THIS is what great coffee and great service is about. Please give her a raise!!!!!

These folks are always friendly and accomodating. And they have a perfect record of getting my drinks and sandwiches just right. I won't buy coffee anywhere else anymore!

The worker was not nice at all even though I was nothing but polite. I made my order, one of the drinks was not made correctly so I went back to get it fixed. I asked for a chia latte, instead I got some sort of coffee mixed with chai latte flavors. I went back and talked to a girl with curly hair, mixed skin color with a septum and a nose piercing. The moment I drove up to the window and said my drink was made wrong she gave me nothing but attitude, saying that I ordered the drink wrong when I've ordered it the same way at every aroma in Maine, after I asked for a refund she directed me to the second window and closed the window before I could speak, they made my drink and then she came out the second window gave me my drink and handed me cash and said " you asked for a refund but we don't do those here so here 5 dollars out of my wallet" gave me the money and closed the window. I dont know if she was having a bad day or just wanted to be rude about the situation, even though she was the one that made the mistake. Regardless that was an awful experience. I don't want her to get fired or anything but it was just not nice thing to do to someone especially when I was calm, nice and collected, even after she was rude to me and my husband about this stupid drink. I just wanted my drink remade without attitude. it sucks because aroma is my favorite drink place and now that I am going to live right next to one I don't want to go to it because I don't want to see this person again. This happened on Sun 25th 2021, posted it late because I haven't had time to do it before.

Coffee was good, but had to tip based on my biological gender.

A Little pricey, but awesome otherwise

I visit the store frequently. So frequently that the majority of the employees know my order by heart. Rebecca is by far amazing and always a pleasure to talk to. I never have to worry about my order being wrong. I love my aroma Joe’s coffee ❤️

Worst Aromas in the state. The lady that opens in the morning is very rude. A Carmel way iced coffee with cream, no sugar tastes like a cup of iced cream and Carmel sauce. No coffee.

The other coffee place had a line out to the rd.
.ridiculous!! Took a chance today told the batista what I was looking looking for and it was spot on. DELICIOUS!! Thank you!!! I'll be back!

I absolutely love and definitely prefer Aroma Joe's over Starbucks or Dunkin. The coffee is wonderful, the prices are great, the sizes are even better and I've yet to be met by an unhappy barista. I would say whatever formula they've come up with, it's a successful one. The worst part about them is there isn't enough locations 🤣🤣
