Hitty's Cafe

A true gem! A wonderful place to catch a tasty bite of what ever you fancy on the menu. We have tried much of the menu, and have not been disappointed once. People here are wonderful. Would go as many times as possible!

Kinda pricey for what you get. Scoop of ice cream 4 bucks and it's not very good (not creamy at all).
Most basic, small lobster roll 18 bucks. You'd think a village in Maine would change less than top Bar Harbor restaurants.

The chowder was quite good. Also enjoyed the cranberry lemonade. Quick, friendly service. Nice location. Only complaint, my BLT was a little light on the B for the price.

I ordered a lobster roll, curry chicken sandwich, clam chowder, and cranberry lemonade. Everything was so delicious and the owner was so kind.

What a delight to find this cafe on this little island. Lobster bisque was delish and the iced coffee was perfect. Super friendly.
