Great vibe. Relaxed and unpretentious. Friendly employee, good cook. Good food made to order. Vegan friendly. We were just passing through and found this place. Glad we stopped. And heck, any place with record albums and a turntable, and jazz on the sound system is A-OK in my book!

The cafe is located on the way from bar harbor to bass lighthouse. I liked their coffee, sandwiches and avocado toast. Food can take sometime, but the coffee was served immediately. The staff was so sweet and friendly. The cafe is clean and well maintained. They do have vegan food available. Parking should not be an issue, there is ample space for 20 cars.

Great coffee, espresso and cappuccino at a very comfortable and casual location. The food is made to order and everything was fresh and delicious. Props for the excellent music playing on the stereo, and of course the owners dry wit.

The breakfast sandwich and coffee was outstanding. Kaleena did a great job preparing our breakfast. Thanks!

Kaleena did a great job handling our big group on her first day. The food was delicious, and the coffee was exactly what we needed!

Terrible experience. Smoothie bowls were lacking, and after ordering strawberry they both came blueberry. Also less than 1/2 teaspoon of granola. We ordered one order of toast, which sign clearly said was $2, with one topping. That included two pieces. The cashier argued, as we looked a the sign. We ended up with two separate pieces of toast, half peanut butter and half jam, seriously you can't make this up. The coffee was terrible, tasted like a watered down drip at a gas station. Overcharged, and underdelivered. I would like the owner to contact me.

Needs to do better. Gave them the benefit of the doubt when first opened but after a busy tourist season, they need to invest in their facility and especially cooking area. A panini press, toaster oven, and griddle aren’t sustainable and frankly look unclean. The bakery display case should not be a storage unit for cups and supplies and the general seating area just needs to be better cleaned. They try hard but I feel like the owner lacks wanting to invest

Ordered a double-shot Mocha — I paid more for the extra shot — and I got a hot cocoa instead.

No problem, mistakes do happen. However, when I brought this up they told me straight faced it “had coffee in it” and made no effort to fix it or make it better.

So, I tossed the entire hot cocoa in the trash and lost almost $9 (taxes plus tip, shouldn’t have tipped them before-hand). Bad customer service, flawed character, and not caring at all about their customer experience… they shouldn’t be in business. Get coffee somewhere else, it’ll likely be better and cheaper.

Got their speciality English muffin and it was a complete scam. Literally just an unseasoned and tasteless plain omlette between two buns. No sauce (dry af) and no taste to it whatsoever. It was super bland and it costed a whopping 9.50
To add insult to injury, coffee was $6 which was worse than what you'd get at Mcd for 99 cents.
Great business if the plan is never getting any return customers.
