Love the vibe, the coffee and the cute barista that has good taste in Lobster but the cold brew is WAY too expensive.

Way too woke... Face masks and pride flags everywhere...

Little Dog is the perfect small town coffee shop: the coffee is hot, the pastries are fresh, the staff is friendly, and atmosphere is warm and inviting. Paul has done a great job running this place for many years and I'm happy to be a regular. Pro tip: try the soup.

Nice atmosphere, very popular, slight problem with rude worker. I ordered a sandwich and didn't hear them call it out. They threw it away. When I went to go ask them what had happened to my order the woman behind the counter told me it was my fault and that it's against their policy to remake food when it's the customer's mistake. They did remake my sandwich but that encounter ruined my previously positive impression.

Workers try to unionize and one of the reasons is food safety, then they get fired. Nice.

I stopped in here to get a quick bagel and coffee for the road. The California bagel was perfectly toasted and delicious. The coffee was great. I wish I lived closer, but this was a smart stop on my way out of Maine.

Nice variety of beverages & treats; found the staff personable. Seems to be a popular hangout for the college crowd as ALL the seating was occupied by young people with the computers and textbooks. Luckily, it was a warm day and we found a bench up the block where we could enjoy our coffees.

They served me the best Latte that I have ever had. I also recommend their sandwiches. Little Dog is a very comfortable place to spend time whether you need to work or relax. They always are always welcoming to their guests. It's a good place to play board games. They have all of the new classics like Settlers of Catan, Splendor, and Dixit, as well as the ones every one knows and loves like Scrabble and Cribbage. They also serve wine and beer. Wifi is always available.

The service was good but a little bit slow for only one drink that needed to be prepared, they had a good selection of self serve coffee but we're out of more than half of them. Cute environment with decent amount of tables and a few food options.

So you walk in, and it's an empty room with a miniature poodle in the middle and a mug of coffee at the far end. It's pretty straightforward, unlike these new-fangled coffee stores with the fancy drinks. The dog is mean, but as advertised it's little, so it's not hard to get past the tiny fella. Once you circumvent the pooch, you leave a few bucks and take the mug. Easy. The coffee's alright, too.
