Bell the Cat

I have eaten a loose bell the cat sandwich from a catered event hours after the meetings ended. It was still better than any other sandwich in town. Their food and coffee is amazing!

Ordered online, two asiago chicken wraps added Bacon and Avocado and a 16oz pint of haddock chowder $43.50
$4 adder per sandwich for bacon
$1 adder for a whole pickle
$1.25 adder per sandwich for Avocado

Both wraps Bacon and Avocado

Pickle was a 1/4 sliced wedge

Haddock Chowder served Cold and Little to no haddock and few potatoes.

Taste was good however, $12.50 for adders and not to see them is very disappointing.

We've been here several times and each time the food has been average, the inside dining service is average and the price is above average for the quality.

Many better places in Belfast and Searsport area to spend $55.68 including Tax and Tip.

Food was pretty good. The Thanksgiving wrap had icy cold stuffing and no cranberry sauce. It has huge potential and I hope that was an isolated incident. It’s my fault for not sending it back but I ate it. The parm chicken sandwich was very good. Really juicy chicken. Coffee was goody
Small portions and big prices. $64 for 2 adults to have lunch with ice tea/soda. Really like the food overall and the friendly staff. We will try again and see how it goes but will be a treat and not a weekly stop due to prices vs portions.

Returned to give it another try. Bravo! The soups were delicious and super happy with portion size/price. My turkey sandwich was thick with toppings and for that, I applaud you.
Friendly/quick service.
Will be returning as often as possible. Worth the hour drive to get to you and the lovely town of Belfast.

I placed an order online and met the minimum delivery order requirement and spent about $45. I live 4.8 miles from BTC and typically would pick up my order, but due to being sick with COVID and pregnant, I used the no contact delivery option out of necessity and convenience. I got a call shortly after placing my order stating they do not deliver to my area so we asked for the order to be canceled, as I cannot go pick it up. We called back a couple times to ensure the order was canceled on their end, as the refund would need to go through the Toast app originally ordered from. We were told both times it would happen but I am still waiting for them to do so after they have closed for the day. As of right now, the app shows the order was completed, not canceled and refunded. I understand restaurants are busy but there aren’t any excuses for this issue being brushed off and ignored - especially now that it’s the end of business day. The order was canceled around 11:40am and I have waited to post this until after close. Still no refund, confirmation, or follow up from the owner as of this review. BTC has great staff but the owner’s indifference is evident. Please note the issue is with lack of communication regarding the refund - not any banking processes. If only response time was as quickly as it is on Google.

Great food and drink options. Standards, quality, qnd service have always been high. It's been a while since I visited, almost 4 years actually. They've remained consistent.
