Great place to fuel up for a day in Acadia. We stopped in every day to grab coffee, breakfast and some sandwiches for lunch in the park.

Their bread puddings are the best I've ever had. Amazingly creamy, smooth custard base held together by a perfectly moist yet dense body. The cream puff and lemon bar were also incredible.

Breakfast sandwiches with homemade bagels and deli sandwiches with homemade ciabatta roubded out the whole experience.

On top of all that, the shop itself is super cozy with a dining room full of cool kitchen antiques and artifacts. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

Highly recommend to anyone spending time in Bar Harbor or Acadia.

We enjoyed our coffee and egg sandwiches at this small coffee shop on the way to the whale watch. The whale watch was canceled so we were glad that the breakfast wasn’t a disappointment! I had a bacon, egg, and cheddar cheese sandwich on gluten free bread and my husband got the same on a croissant. The gluten free bread was very good and didn’t fall apart in my hands as some others I’ve tried and they make all their baked goods from scratch. They do make a point to state that they can’t guarantee that all gluten free baked goods are 100% gluten free so it’s important to speak with them if you have an allergy. Seating is limited but there are a few stools inside and two benches outside. Would highly recommend.

We had a large carry out breakfast order that was done on time and the sandwiches were still hot even when we got on the bus. The croissant breakfast sandwiches were perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better quick breakfast. thank you.

Best espresso on the island, and I’ve tried a lot! Lattes and cappuccinos are always phenomenal. I’ve tried a few of their delicious baked goods too and I really appreciate their vegan options. They also custom made a vegan cake for my birthday last year which was so yummy and beautiful. Can’t recommend this cute little gem of a place enough!

Earliest opening with fresh homemade pastries and three excellent coffee choices every morning. Cider donuts and pecan sticky buns were addictive. Line up, speak up, and listen up, and on the third morning they'll remember your name. A lovely New England start to every morning for me. Will be my first stop next time in Bah Hah-bah.

I can't praise A Slice of Eden enough! We requested a simple two tier wedding cake and it was stunning! Not only was it beautiful, but it was delicious! We ordered a lemon blueberry cake with buttercream icing. We highly recommend this bakery!

Ordered a custom cake for my mom’s birthday while we were vacationing. Jason and his team executed it perfectly. I sent him a photo for inspiration and he ran with it. The cake was beautiful and DELICIOUS! We didn’t get a chance to try any of their pastries they make daily, but everything looked delicious in the case too!

Not many choices for breakfast right now (April 22, 2022) but this place is open. It's a bakery that also offers breakfast sandwiches on bagels or croissants. We had the western with bacon and Swiss cheese on a whole wheat protein bagel. Very good. Bagel is different from NY style but still very good. Cute interior with 2 tables that seat 4 people at each. More chairs available if you want to squeeze together. A bench available for awaiting your order. Plenty of outside tables and chairs for nice weather alfresco dining.
