Food was amazing. The taste and portion size was worth more than the price paid. Being from Australia, I found it amazing to have such a big portion good breakfast at such a price in this very touristy place in the peak season.
Staff were great, good to see them chatting and laughing with all the guests.

This spot was recommended to us by a friend and it was good! I got the ho hum and my husband got the traditional bennie. I loved the spicy potatoes and the strawberry butter was a great side kick to the biscuit. My husband said the bennie was very good

While the service was friendly, it was a little slow at times. It took quite a few minutes for server to initially greet us but it wouldn't deter us from coming back

2 Cats is our breakfast go to place when visiting Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park! 3 visits this trip. They never disappoint. Lobster Benedict is amazing. Mediterranean Breakfast was great. Don't miss the biscuits and strawberry butter. Yum.

The food at 2 Cats is absolutely fantastic. Had 3 different plates on our table to share. Blueberry Pancakes that you can't pass up. The Mediterranean Breakfast is great for vegetarians and the Lobster Benedict was my personal favorite. Great care goes into the food here. The building is old and homey. They do make everything to order and in house so it does take some time for the food to come out but, it is highly worth the wait.

Great food but poor service. We had the brunch on Jul 2. The lobster eggs Benedict was delicious but the egg was not as hard boiled as I requested, no one asked us how was the food and when it started to rain we had to bring all our staff to inside ourself. The waiter, a black guy always had a cold face with no smile at all. Tips only for the food, not for service as there was none…

My husband and I were in Bar Harbor (October’21) for a week and this restaurant was highly recommended so glad we came for breakfast we actually came twice! The lobster omelette was amazingly delicious and the coffee was very good!! The biscuits were Amazing with the strawberry preserves. We loved the jerk salsa sauce so much that we took a bottle back to TX!!

Such a cute place! Amazing service and the food is delicious. Decent prices, will definitely be back to try something new soon. My server was very helpful and pleasant. The decor is adorable and so much natural sunlight enters the entire dining room.

Really good breakfast off the busy strip in Bar Harbor. The eggs Benedict was delicious, and I loved the hot cocoa. Just wish there was a non-spicy option for home fries.

Great breakfast and extremely nice staff! Breakfast classics executed fabulously, from fresh-squeezed orange juice to perfectly cooked eggs and breakfast potatoes. The biscuits with strawberry butter were absolutely divine, a must try!

Decent food made in house and to order, if you’re willing to wait. Pretty standard brunch food. I enjoyed the polenta and the potatoes included in the Mediterranean breakfast.
