Car Wash West

The truck wash I just received was HORRIBLE. This has happened several times when I take my car in to be washed. I took my truck in today HORRIBLE/HORRIBLE job. I will not waste my $$$ anymore . If I hadn't been in a hurry as we were getting ready to leave town I would have really complained to manager. A couple of weeks ago I took my car in & had to have additional cleaning done as car wasn't clean.

When we got our truck back it was still dirty. The floor mats, cup holders and even the outside had dirt and spots everywhere. We paid for a hand wash yet there are so many areas that weren’t even touched. Not cool for $50.

I’ve been going here for years, and it’s always been a great staff , great service, and a great job on cleaning all of the vehicles I’ve owned and doing preventive maintenance on them. Today was different I carried my truck to get it cleaned this morning and like always done a great job, then I brought my wife’s truck down to get it cleaned, once it came out the passenger bumper was hanging, the only reason i noticed it was because they were trying to put it back. When I asked what was wrong they said it wasn’t ready then I seen what happened. So they pulled it off the side and got the owner out , he went and reviewed the cameras and said that cause it was impacted from behind( which was nothing but a few scratches from a basketball goal) that he wasn’t going to repair it cause it was the impact that caused it to protrude and get caught in the wash bay. It wasn’t protruding or I would not have but it through the wash bay but seeing as I was upfront and told him how the scratches got their it was an easy out, if he was willing to work with me I would have ate whatever the cost would have been for having the scratches fixed. Not that it will have any affect on his business but today he has lost a long running customer. You can see the scratch on the back bumper no indentions from an impact , then you can see the bumper hanging

I called them ahead about appointment to get my car detailed. They told me that they offered the service and asked me to come the same day. I went there, waited for 40 minutes, and was told that they only do it on Monday and Tuesday. That was such an unprofessional way to treat the cutomers.

Been using this place for years with multiple vehicles and generally pleased but this week my daughter took one of the vehicles there and they tried to sell her all sorts of services. The one that was ridiculous was that she needed a new rear wiper blade. The one on there was brand new. Just appeared that they were targeting her since she was young and a lady.

An employee found a $100 bill I had dropped in between the seats and returned it to me. I’m grateful for this employee because most people would not do that. Please recognize this employee!

Awesome place of business!!

Very nice people and there were a couple of things that should've been done better but they did clean aback track in back of my vehicle that usually isn't cleaned. So all in all I'm satisfied and will visit again.

This place is amazing. They do a great job.
I'll be taking all my vehicles here from now on. They also give a military discount. Nice

Loved it! They did an awesome job! They even found stuff that I didn't know I had lost LoL I will be using them again!
