Car Wash West

Came there for the first time today. Staff was super friendly and helpful. When I got my truck back it looked better than it EVER has before. Better than when I bought it! I will be making this my go-to place for life!

It's was fast and done right. I will be back. Both young men were as nice and friendly to me.

This place is amazing. A little busy but when the service is good people flock to it. Especially the lady that takes your info at the beginning of the car wash. She always remembers what I get done to my truck without saying a word. That's customer service!!!!

Went to car wash west to get my car detailed later in the day. Employees stated they weren't washing cars today 2/21/2017. However, the employees were washing/detailing a pickup truck that was clearly visible. Proceeded to ask one of the employees if they knew of another detailing place , the employee provided a flat no as an answer. The employee's peer had better customer service and offered to put my vehicle in the car wash. Since I was looking to get my car detailed, I declined the car wash offer. I would expect a business to state to come back another day for my desired car detailing.

When you pay for the Deluxe you would expect the best inside and out cleaning and not after the fact the owner telling you, “ well even though the sign doesn’t say it, the deluxe is more outside and just a wipe here and there on the inside!!! Guess the old fact of the customer always being right is not there moto! Thank goodness there are better places in town!!

This was my first time there with my new vehicle. Got the works.. Full ervice oil change and the deluxe package for wash and clean..tires all of that. Paid a pretty penny for it to. And was totally let down by the service i received. Not sure why i paid so much for the cleaning when in fact it did not look clean. My carpet still had dirt on them.. The inside was not even wiped if it was dusted maybe on the dashboard. Completly not what i paid for. I had to leave and go to another car wash to vacuum up the left over dirt and actually finish cleaning my inside. My windows was still dirty. Just completely let down for the price i paid. Very sad.

I had tree sap on my car so I took it here Monday & got it back Wednesday at noon. They did complete detailing & wash & wax & got all that horrible sap off. Great job inside & outside. I always use this place for complete car cleaning. 👏👏👏👏

I have been going to Car Wash West for about 10 years, even when I lived in Ruston. I would drive over all the way to West Monroe just to get my vehicle clean. Every time I would come all of their workers are very professional and very nice. My vehicle would come out nice and clean and looking almost brand new. I have been to other car washes and never received great service like i get at Car Wash West.

I go here because my dad tells me to go here but every time I've gone here I've noticed that they don't really clean they like to Amara over the dirt that's already in your car so no I don't
