Car Wash West

Took my pickup there today and payed almost 40 dollars to have it washed. The reason I took it was because the inside needed cleaning.When I left the outside looked good but the console was dirty as it was when I took it in. Dash had dark smear marks we're they just streaked it, console still had coke spilt on it. I had to come home and clean inside myself. Very bad job.

The staff are friendly and professional and the price is highly competitive.

No one wiped off the top of my vehicle. I have a small SUV and can be reached easily but I guess they leave the dirt and residue up there, also they sprayed my tires with armour all and didnt wipe it down, just left it running down my tires, so I asked them to please wipe it down, it looked terrible plus once I drove away it would have been thrown all over my vehicle. That was new to me, they use to wipe them down. It rained today, 2 days after I had it washed so I will have to come back and have it cleaned again. I will ask them to wipe down the top next time. When you pay to have your car cleaned and pay extra for armour all, you expect it to be properly done. Oh, they missed the console with armour all.
And I tipped them well also on top of this. I use your facility regularly and love it, they just need to pay attention and get the whole job done please.

Don't take your car here for any services! My girlfriend got her oil changed by them and they torqued the oil filter housing cup so tight that neither myself or Firestone could get it off without breaking it. They had the nerve to tell us we had to replace it just because we chipped a little of it off trying to undo the work they screwed up! We took it back to them and they said they'll have to break it but we had to replace the cup. Like seriously?!? Don't ever take your car to this place because they'll screw something up and they'll want you to bring it back and pay them more money

It was my first time there because I herd alot of negative feedback I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt the staff was nice and helped me out but when i stared driving home I noticed the windows were still dirty and whatever they used to wipe down the Inside of my truck it was spotted all over the doors,dash and steering wheel and still dirt in spots and water sports all over I know 59.99 is not alot to some people but it is to me I went home and just cleaned it myself I just paid for a good starting point but you live and learn I guess

Good place to get an oil change and car wash. The car wash is pretty thorough and I would recommend. They do get busy but the waits aren't too long, so take that in consideration when going.

While getting the service done my Acura was damaged by something hitting the side back right portion of the vehicle. Also it tore off the rubber wheel well flap. When brought to the attention of the manager it we were told it didn't happen there. I didn't expect them to repair my SUV because I understand accidents happen but to have it dismissed completely was very aggravating. Even IF the dings didn't happen there the wheel flap was torn. Sometimes a customer just wants an appology.

Terrible place to get your car washed. Waited in line patiently and apparently some lady complained that myself and another car got in front of her. The manager accommodated the lady and made us move back. Do yourself a favor and find another place in town to get your car washed. They also have all kinds of hidden fees tacked on.
