The coffee is solid (better than Starbucks, PJs, or CCs for sure), and their sandwiches and other snacks are pretty tasty as well. The environment is really nice. It's spacious enough that even on busy nights I always find space enough (and if a bit cramped at first can soon upgrade to a better working position). Great for studying/reading or just sipping some coffee with friends and chilling. They have a really nice patio out front as well, and despite that it's on the street is not too distracting because there is less foot traffic in mid-city than there would be in uptown locations. Pleasantly quirky as well, with rotating local artist works displayed on the walls and an honor system bookshelf for those looking for some reading. The staff is helpful and really friendly. Overall, Bean Gallery is wholly enjoyable!

Food and coffee great and reasonably priced. Really great atmosphere. Nice balance between quiet and people talking. Music at a reasonable volume. It's very hard to find this balance! Also crowd is eclectic. Really comfortable. "Indie" but not pretenscious

I have been going there for years and consider The Bean Gallery one of the top coffee houses in New Orleans. Good coffee, fine pastries, and friendly competent staff, a combination that's hard to beat.

I come here a lot, and I'm a regular at a few other coffee shops in the city but today, on 11/01/20 I had the best latte that I've had in this city. That's saying a lot because I consider New Orleans to be one of the best cities at roasting coffee.

The Bean Gallery has become one of my favorite cafés in New Orleans. It is open at least until 9PM at night and often open half day's on holidays. Being able to pop in here on Thanksgiving and Christmas morning was wonderful. The staff is friendly and the seats are plentiful. I recommend this place just don't steal my seat.

This is my favorite coffee shop. I love coming here to get some work done. They have a good variety of coffee. One downside is that they can get very busy, and seating can become limited. But I love this place!

This is one of my favorite coffee spots. It's usually packed and is a staple for studious individuals. They serve hot food that is delicious and reasonably priced. They have the best Chai Latte I've ever tasted and are one of the few places to serve Turkish Coffee.

Super friendly staff. Nice and quiet for reading or studying. HOPPING with students when school is in session, and appears to be the official meeting place for all SAT tutors in New Orleans. Coffee and food solidly good.

This isn't my favorite coffee shop in Mid City, but I will admit they have the best coffee in this part of town. Good selection of pastries. The crowd here tends to be more quiet than other coffee shops, which is a good thing.

Their coffee is pretty good( I drink it black or an iced americano), friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere to the place. Some of the pastries aren't as good as they look sadly, overall a good place though, definitely a busy place.
